I had a bit of a nightmare with a car rental company in Spain not long ago. Even though I had all the right insurance in place, they still hit me with charges for damages that weren't even my fault. But when I got in touch with Bettersafe, they were really understanding and supportive. They quickly gave me back all the money I'd been unfairly charged, showing that they're definitely reliable and trustworthy. I'll definitely be turning to them again next time I need their services.

I recently bought something from a website because they said they offered free delivery for orders over 70 pounds and free returns. But when I tried to make my purchase, they sent me to another website where I had to pay for delivery and returns. I was really disappointed by this and it made my whole shopping experience pretty frustrating. I've always thought this company was good for quality clothes and great customer service, but now I'm not so sure. Also, the dresses they have now look outdated compared to what they used to have.
