I had an issue with my steam generator, so I got in touch with customer service as it was still under warranty. The people there were really helpful, especially Jessica she was great at sorting out my problem. She said they would replace my iron and now I'm a very happy customer!

My new dress
Oh my goodness, I'm absolutely thrilled with my new dress! The size chart was perfect, and it fits me perfectly. The quality is outstanding, and I feel like royalty when I wear it. The customer service was fantastic - someone picked up the phone quickly, and Ms. Alex was really lovely and helped with all my queries.
