Skateboard purchase
As someone new to skateboarding, I was a bit lost when it came to picking the right board. The folks at the store were really helpful and took the time to walk me through all the different choices and prices without bombarding me with information. They didn't try to steer me towards the priciest stuff, which was a nice change from other places I've been to. Their customer service was excellent, from responding to my messages quickly to being friendly and welcoming when I visited the shop.

Quick installation, improved WiFi, great price
I've only just started using a new internet provider and I'm really pleased with how quickly and smoothly the installation went. In just around an hour, my WiFi signal has got loads better than it was with my old provider. And on top of that, it's costing me way less than before. I want to give a big shoutout to the installation team because they did a top-notch job – Ryan and Colin were both really nice, professional, and they got everything sorted without any bother. If you're thinking about changing providers, I definitely suggest giving them a go!

Tickets for RHS urban show
I had to download an app on my phone, which is already quite full, just to get my tickets. Even after logging in, I couldn't see my tickets in my wallet. I'll just have to take a risk and try my luck at the show tomorrow, hoping they'll accept all the confirmation emails as proof of purchase. The app was just a pain to download and once I managed to do it, it didn't even work properly.

Magazine subscription issue
I'm really disappointed with the delivery of my magazine subscription and the customer service from the company has been really poor. I haven't received any magazines for six months and when I raised it, they said my claim was outside the 'standard claim period' - which isn't even in the Terms & Conditions. The service desk responses were unhelpful and dismissive, they didn't even address my concerns.

Weighted Blanket Purchase
I've always had trouble sleeping, so I thought I'd give a weighted blanket a try to see if it would make a difference. I was really impressed with the design of the blanket - it didn't look clinical or dull like most other weighted blankets out there. The material was nice and cozy, and the weight was spot on for me. Using the blanket made me feel more settled and calm, which helped me drift off and stay asleep all night long.

Car seat for premature grandchild
I was in a bit of a hurry to get a car seat for my premature grandchild, who was finally ready to come home from the hospital.
