Every time I go to the post office to send a package, it's a nightmare. The staff there seem to have no idea about postage. Just the other day, I took in a small parcel that definitely qualified as a large letter. The clerk didn't seem to know what he was doing, put in the wrong information, and tried to charge me more for a small parcel when it should have been priced as a large letter. When I pointed this out, he just shrugged and wouldn't fix it. This isn't a one-time thing - it happens every time I go there. I've even started writing instructions on my packages to avoid mistakes, but it doesn't help. The lack of basic knowledge and customer service is just shocking and not okay.

Uncomfortable, no USB
I was proper gutted with how my bus journey went. The seats were dead uncomfortable, and what's even worse is there was no way to charge my phone or any other gadgets because there wasn't any USB connection. It just made the journey feel so long and annoying without staying connected. Plus, there wasn't any customer service around to help with any problems that came up during the journey. All in all, I reckon folks should really think twice before using this company for their travels.

LED pendant light
I was really let down by the LED pendant light I bought from this company recently. I didn't realise it was being sent from abroad, so it took ages to arrive and when it did, it was all scratched up. I got in touch with customer service about it and they first offered me a 20% discount, but I said no because the light was too damaged to fix. Now I'm arguing with them because they want a picture of the light in the bin before they give me a refund. It's been a real pain and I'd recommend avoiding this company to others.

Voucher for discounted parking
I bought a voucher for cheaper parking from a different website not long ago. But when I tried to use the voucher, I didn't get the discount they said I would. The fine print told me to get in touch with the parking company to sort it out. I tried contacting them, but it's been over a week now, and I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and them not sticking to their promise of a discount has really annoyed me. So, I've made up my mind to find somewhere else to park in the future.
