Used it a week, first impressions were good; discount code failed — annoying, but Martin fixed it quickly, and right then I knew I was pleased
Not for urgent orders
Not brilliant — if you need it quick, avoid. When it arrived the item was fine, but the process was messy. I first saw it on Instagram and told a mate. Ordered 26 July; by 31 August no replies, Royal Mail lost it.
Halfway through my brew

The club itself still feels familiar and comfortable, which makes being away harder, but the admin was handled professionally and fast, and that counts for a lot.
