I can't comment on how their claims process works because luckily, I didn't have to go through that hassle. However, I really liked that they sent me a text and email after my holiday just to check how everything went and gave me a link in case I needed to make a claim. I've used different travel insurance companies before, but this was a nice and considerate touch that made them stand out to me. In general, I had a great experience with their service and will certainly be using them again for my next trip.

Quick refund request
I had to cancel my order the same day I placed it, and Miinto customer service was really quick to help me out. I sent them a message in the morning, and within an hour, they sorted out my refund even though the Boutique had already accepted my order. Massive shoutout to Izabela & Zbigniew for being so professional and helpful!

Wrong size item
I recently had an experience with Get The Label where I mistakenly ordered the wrong size item. As soon as I placed my order, I noticed my error and quickly sent an email and a message on the site to try and correct the size. Unfortunately, despite my attempts, the wrong size item was still sent to me. I do realise that I should take some responsibility for the mistake, but I was quite disappointed by the lack of customer service in resolving the issue. It was quite frustrating to wait 8 long days to receive a return form, and the whole process seemed to drag on unnecessarily.

Furniture purchase for new home
I had a brilliant time shopping for furniture for my new home. The support team, especially Davis, was incredibly helpful and made sure I found exactly what I was after. The selection of furniture on the website was fantastic and I could easily find the perfect pieces for my home. The quality of the furniture is top-notch and I am really pleased with my purchase.

As a customer of DHGate, I've got to say, my overall experience has been pretty disappointing. I've come across loads of issues on the platform, from dodgy sellers to rubbish customer service. The negative reviews really do point out some valid concerns that I've faced myself. There's a serious lack of transparency when it comes to sorting out any problems with orders, and if customers dare to raise complaints, they're at risk of getting blocked from their accounts. This policy is just not on and shows a real lack of care for customer satisfaction. Plus, the quality of the products I've received has been all over the place, with some items not living up to what was expected. All in all, my time with DHGate has left me feeling disheartened and cautious about using the platform again in the future.
