I recently bought a dining table from the website and, unfortunately, it arrived with some defects. I got in touch with customer support to raise my concerns and talk about the possibility of returning it. I was really impressed by how helpful Jay was. He was so friendly, patient, and understanding the whole time. After chatting with him, I got a really nice compensation for the trouble caused by the defects. To top it off, they let me keep the table, which was a nice surprise. Jay's customer service was top-notch and went above and beyond what I expected. I'm delighted with how everything turned out and grateful for the help I got.
Mother of Pearl Pendant Light
The Mother of Pearl Pendant Light I bought from this place is really beautiful and has made a big difference in our dining room. It brings a bit of class and style to the room. However, when we put up the light, we found out that we were missing an important part. I was a bit upset at first, but when I got in touch with customer service, they were very quick to reply and kept me updated on sending the missing piece. Uncomfortable chairs
I got myself 4 chairs that were supposed to be really comfortable, but they turned out to be as comfy as sitting on a pile of rocks. Dealing with their customer service felt like being stuck in a toxic friendship that you're desperate to ditch, but they just won't leave you alone. I had to fork out money to send back those dreadful chairs, and they still haven't got it sorted. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider ordering from that place again. I'd much rather stick with Wayfair, Lamps Plus, or Joybird any time.
Desk purchase
I bought a desk from this company not long ago and I have to admit, I was really let down by the quality of it. When I put it together, I realised it wasn't up to scratch and kept moving around. I was worried about safety, especially since it wasn't a cheap purchase.
Replacement item received
We had a bit of a problem with the shipping company losing our package, but Abby from customer service was quick to let us know and followed up on finding the missing item. She later informed us that the courier had indeed lost the package but would be sending a replacement. Even though the package eventually turned up, the courier still didn't have any tracking info. The team at Homary, especially Abby, really impressed us with their excellent customer service. Their products are top-notch quality, so we would definitely recommend them for anything you need for your home.
Bathroom sink
I bought a lovely bathroom sink from this company not long ago and I have to admit, the quality of the product is absolutely top-notch. The design and workmanship were even better than I was expecting and it's really added a touch of sophistication to my bathroom. I did need a bit of help with choosing the right one for my taste though. The customer service from Jay was absolutely fantastic. I bought some dining chairs from the website, but I wasn't too happy with the quality when they arrived.
