Nightmare refund process
I had an absolutely terrible time with trying to get a refund. I booked a place in France, but had to cancel because of something unexpected. They said I'd get my money back, but it never showed up. I kept getting different stories from customer service, they didn't seem to care about keeping me happy at all. Dealing with them was a nightmare, it left me feeling annoyed, anxious, and really let down. And to make things worse, I'm still trying to get back a bit of money they owe me. I definitely won't be using this website again, and I'd tell anyone else to stay well away too.

GPS tracker purchase
I'm really disappointed with my GPS tracker from UBEEQUEE. It keeps going offline every two weeks and no matter how many times I contact customer service, the issue isn't resolved. They promised to send me a new SIM card over a week ago, but it still hasn't arrived. Their communication is pretty poor, they haven't given me a clear explanation for why this keeps happening. It's really frustrating and now I'm starting to doubt how reliable their products are. Meanwhile, my poor cat is out and about without his tracker on, and it's making me really anxious and uncomfortable.

Incorrect items received
I had a pretty bad experience recently trying to return some items I got by mistake. I first contacted customer services to ask for a return slip because there wasn't one in the parcel. I got a quick reply at first, but things went downhill from there. They asked me to send pictures of the items and explain why I wanted to return them. I did as they asked. When I mentioned that I got the wrong items, I got a rude email saying I received the right ones and they wanted more proof. I pointed out the original pictures clearly showed the wrong items that didn't match the website description, but then they stopped replying. I've been trying to follow up for days now with no luck. I'm stuck because I can't return the items and get my £43 back.

Pass booking issues
The booking system for the passes is a complete nightmare. I've tried to pre-book several times, but the system doesn't seem to recognise our passes at all. It's really annoying to see other people struggling with the same issue, especially when the RAP is fully booked every time I try to make a reservation. It's taking ages for complaints to be dealt with, with a two-week wait for any kind of solution. When I phoned up to ask about the problem, Merlin's customer service just brushed it off and said it wasn't their concern. The only good thing is the staff at the kiosks who are actually helpful and acknowledge the issue.
