Meako dehumidifier 20L model
The Meako dehumidifier 20L model I bought from Big On Electricals came on time and was delivered safely. There was a bit of damage, but that was to be expected as it was grade B. However, I thought it was good value for the price. I was really happy with how well it worked, so much so that I was thinking of getting another one for my daughter's house. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock at the time. I was amazed by how much water it collected, and I was especially impressed by how quiet it was when it was running.
Timeguard 7 day Slimline Electronic Immersion Time Switch - NTT08
I bought the Timeguard 7 day Slimline Electronic Immersion Time Switch - NTT08 from Big On Electricals recently and it was a really good experience. Ordering was simple and the delivery was quick. Wiring the timer was easy and programming the days and times was straightforward. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and it's working really well. The Boost function is very handy for what I need. I'm happy with both the product and the service from Big On Electricals.
Socket faceplate with distorted rivet
Even though Big On Electricals had quick delivery and good prices, I ran into a problem with the socket faceplate I bought. One of the rivets that held the faceplate to the backplate was bent out of shape, which blocked the fixing screw hole. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to send the socket back, so I had to drill out the rivet to make it fit. It was a bit of a shame that this issue slightly soured the overall experience.

To make matters worse, they took my money and now I have to wait five whole days to get it back. This lack of communication and care for customers is just not on. It's no wonder that most people prefer to shop on eBay or Amazon instead of taking their chances with dodgy sellers like this one.
