Hema free primer, dehydrator, base & top coat purchase
I've just bought the Hema free primer, dehydrator, base & top coat and I have to say, they are absolutely fantastic! I thought I'd try them out with the regular builder gel, and the outcome was spot on. The products are really high quality and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they complemented each other. The only downside is that the Hema free builder gel gets sold out so fast, which can be quite annoying.

Villa booking in Belgium
I recently booked a villa in Belgium for a week through this service. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. I got a confirmation from the service, but then found out that they handed my booking over to another company, Bellvilla. Bellvilla then cancelled my reservation without even giving a reason. I had to then book another villa through the original service, but Bellvilla wouldn't refund my deposit for the cancelled booking and also charged me for both the cancelled and new bookings. Their customer service was terrible, and the so-called Book With Confidence guarantee didn't help me at all because of the third-party involvement. I was left feeling really frustrated and out of pocket with no solution in sight.

I bought a jacket from this shop not long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down. The colour of the jacket wasn't as expected; it looked faded, almost like it had been left under bright lights for ages. All in all, a bit of a let-down.

Cashmere baby coat purchase for christening gift
I recently bought a cashmere baby coat to give as a present for a christening. It was quite pricey and special, so I made sure to ask for a gift box when I placed the order. However, when it arrived, I was a bit let down as it was just in a plastic bag inside a plain brown box. I was hoping for a more stylish and thoughtful packaging, especially given the cost of the coat. I think for a luxury item like this, the presentation should have been better to really make the gifting experience stand out. As a customer, I appreciate the small details that show a brand is dedicated to giving a top-notch experience, and unfortunately, this time it didn't quite meet my expectations.
