Online purchase return refund delay
I recently took something back to Debenhams that I'd bought online, and it's been over 10 days since they got the return. Even though I sent them the postal receipt from Royal Mail showing the return, I still haven't got my money back. Waiting so long for refunds isn't on, some folks might need that cash sharpish. I'm not happy with the dodgy service in this situation.

I managed to save a bundle by getting the VW Scirocco tailgate latch from this website. The garage told me it would take 4 weeks to replace and cost quite a bit.
