A toilet seat
I ordered the toilet seat from Keighley branch on 5 July. This was not a stock item and had to be ordered from manufacture. I was told it would be in the week after. They actually delivered the seat on Wednesday 13 July. Excellent service from ringing the order in and receiving delivery a week later. Very good firm to deal with.

WARNING!! I thoroughly recommend you do NOT join this! I like the previous person above joined for £1 but they take £5 out automatically EVERY week and it is impossible to get through to ANYONE to cancel, therefore they have total control! I even went on their website to try and remove my card details but you CAN’T. I have had to go to my bank to get my card details changed. Luckily I had email back up to show the bank and they are investigating so hopefully I will get my money back. Please review the online complaints before you go ahead! YOU have been WARNED!

Very disappointed when delivery didn’t turn up ruined special occasion then two days later items turned up defrosted ruined and inedible
No personal customer service very difficult to get hold of
Practically no apology or compensation just an offer of 3.95 postage refund how sad just order resent five days later but moment lost for birthday celebrations

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Avoid at all cost! I spent several hundred pounds on an order with express delivery. At the moment only a 1/4 of the order has arrived, which was 3 weeks ago. Customer service (if you get a hold on them) straight-up lie about deliveries. I've been in contact 4 times with customer service, every time I have to list up all the items missing because nothing is registered from the previous call. I might as well throw 300 pounds out the window next time.
I bought over £200 worth plants they leave Waitrose garden then left in box’s for 3 days my plants have all had to be through out. Because the soil full little flys which diseases the soil disgraceful sending plants like this. The plants have allso ruined the plants I allready owned .Waitrose don’t care .won’t be buying again from Waitrose garden again. Don’t buy from them they won’t refund you , that money could of gone on my grandchildren wish I’d of read reviews befor I bought them
