I recently bought something from this brand and I must say, my experience was absolutely great. I accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing my order, but the customer service team was really helpful. Debbie was amazing, she sorted everything out quickly and put my mind at ease. The item I received was even better than I expected in terms of size, quality, and style. I am really happy with my purchase. The delivery went smoothly without any problems. Overall, the customer service was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Online order never received
I placed an order online back in August, but it still hasn't turned up. I've been trying for weeks to follow it up and get a refund sorted out. The problem is, even though they said I'd get my money back on 4th November, here we are on 18th November and I've seen nothing. The customer service team weren't much help either - they wouldn't even put me in touch with the finance lot. I used to shop here all the time, but this experience has really let me down. I won't be coming back here again.

Subscription confusion
I was totally fooled into signing up for a daft subscription when I bought something, I mean who even needs that, right? And then they go ahead and take money out of my account without even giving me a heads up, seriously, what's that all about? It's just not right, and loads of other folks are dealing with the same issue, it's just so underhanded and shady. They really need to make it more obvious when you're agreeing to these things.
