Large furniture order
The furniture itself was really good quality, but my experience with the delivery wasn't great at all. The website didn't make it clear what delivery options were available, which left me confused and choosing the wrong service. I was expecting assembly, delivery to the room I wanted, and removal of the packaging, but this wasn't clearly stated when I made my purchase. The default service seemed to change depending on what I bought, so I never knew what to expect. Last time, the packaging wasn't taken away, and the driver struggled to find my house because they relied too much on GPS. On top of that, one item that was meant to be fully assembled had to be taken back because it was actually not put together. Overall, the products were good, but the delivery service was unclear and really disappointing.

Prescription medication purchase
Quick delivery, they left it on the Porch as requested even though I struggle with mobility. They left it by the door where it was easily accessible. They were easy to communicate with. Everything was great. Cheers.

Loafers too tight but getting comfier.
I got a new pair of loafers and they were so tight when I first tried them on! I thought I got the right size, but they were really snug. After wearing them in for a bit and slowly stretching them out, they're starting to feel better. However, after a week, I noticed that the leather where you put the "pennies" in on one of the loafers is thinner than the other side, so it looks wonky! I considered sending them back, but I've already broken them in and they don't have my size anymore, so I guess I'll just have to live with it.
