6 burner BBQ
The 6 burner BBQ I bought was really good quality and worked great. But I was a bit let down to see that the assembly wasn't done properly. The doors were not put on right - they had screws but no nuts to hold them in place, so they were hanging loose. Even though it was a bit annoying, I think it was just a mistake in the assembly process and it wouldn't stop me from shopping there again! 👍

Taxi transfer service
I've got to say, I've used this taxi transfer service quite a few times now and it's always been pretty good. The only slight issue is that every now and then, the transfer time can be a bit longer depending on where you're staying. But overall, I'd say it's a reliable and efficient service.

I recently bought some hair products and I was really pleased with them. But then I had a problem with one of the items. Luckily, Jo from customer service was absolutely fantastic and sorted it out straight away. I'm looking forward to shopping with them again. Thanks a lot.

Birthday gift purchase for sister-in-law
I bought some trees for my sister-in-law's birthday not long ago, and I've got to say, it was a really nice experience. Not only did I manage to give her a lovely and meaningful present, but I also felt good knowing I was doing my bit for the environment. The customer service I got was excellent, with the staff being really helpful and professional the whole way through.

England hoodie purchase
I bought an England hoodie for my granddaughter from this store, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality. When it arrived, there was a big grey square where the printer had clearly heated up too much, and the England logo was smudged. It honestly looked like it had been made in a teenager's bedroom by someone who didn't have a clue what they were doing. The quality was so bad that I can't even give it to my granddaughter, which is a shame as she was really excited about it.

Difficult to cancel membership
I tried to cancel my membership on this website, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. I sent them an email straight up asking them to cancel it pronto, but instead of doing that, they said someone from customer service would get in touch (which surprise surprise, never happened). Then they had the nerve to tell me to check out their website for some so-called "helpful" FAQs. I didn't need help when I signed up for the membership, and I sure as heck don't need it now. So I've gone ahead and blocked my card. Good riddance to them!
