    I ordered a dog bed and according to the dimensions on their site, it would have been perfect, however, it arrived and it was tiny. It was described as a Extra Large dog bed, its never seen extra large anything.

    I contacted them as the item was not as described and the dimensions provided were not what i received. When i contacted them within the 14 days after delivery, they refused to refund me, even though on their website i followed all the T...Cs.

    They will not all me to return, because they will not refund the return shipping as they are not based in the UK, not my issue as on their site they do not say i have to pay for the return should the item not meet their own descriptions...

    They offered me 10% off my next order or £5 refund. This is disgraceful and this company is not operating within UK law around distance selling.

    AVOID DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

    From start to finish was very easy to arrange with Anyvan, They where Punctual, very reasonably priced, friendly, and went out of their way to assist, I cannot fault the service.
    I highly recommend and will definitely use again.

    Ordered a dog bed 10th June said delivery 3-5 days never came emailed asking why not arrived was told it was out of stock even though it was still saying in stock on website, so asked for a refund still no refund as requested. Do not use have reported this company to trading standards.

    I too have had bad experience. ????????
    Ordered dog create 23rd May 21..said was in stock.after 2xweeks not received..thought BE patient due to covid.then I emailed told out of stock so delay. I asked for refund as desperately needed crate..told 5-10 days 4th June.
    Today sent 2 further emails as still no refund .
    Wish I had read reviews first something I always do..but needed goods ASAP..shameful way to run a business ????????

    I ended up contacting my bank and they did a chargeback for me which only took a couple of days so if anyone is still waiting for promised refunds I'd contact their bank about doing a charge back as this company just keeps ripping people off.

    you can claim money back through the bank fraud department under the CHARGEBACK scheme even if used debit card . Don’t allow these scammers to keep your hard earned money !!!!
    Also please report to Action Fraud U.K. and trading standards

    Thank you for these tips. I paid for 2 bowls via PayPal and after 6 weeks of excuses as per others above, I was pretty frustrated, but then I found these posts, called PayPal and they’ve taken over reclaiming my refund ????. I just have to sit back and wait for them to do the work for me. I’m well impressed.

    There was no response to my emails. Am reporting to Action Fraud from the advice above.

    Re: Booking Number 60581 - refund requested

    Despite numerous phone calls, emails and chat requests you still refuse to reply and offer a refund.

    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not alienate your customers, both existing and future, by not complying to both your industry associations rules and guidelines and not issuing refunds to all the customers (like myself) that have paid in advance for a holiday that you did not provide.

    We also know that you have not paid the hotel in question (as we are in direct communication with them), so, in essence, you are just sitting on our funds to bolster your own bank balance.

    We appreciate that this is a difficult time for all, so do the right and proper thing and refund our monies.

    I am the same my money is safe so they told me still trying to get a refund they are a total disgrace as a company if my money is safe were is my refund

    We had a holiday booked for June which was cancelled and requested a refund and was told to wait until November. Just spoken to Samantha who wasn't very helpful. I asked her what was the reason we had to wait so long for our refund. She said she didn't know. Didn't even try and find out the reason. We had another holiday booked with Loveholidsay for September to Turkey we have been fully refunded. I have requested to speak to a manager which was told Charlie was on the other line. So waiting for a call back. This is even more so out of order as they made us pay £700 in March if not we would have lost the other £728.90 if hadn't paid it. They were quick enough to take the money but don't care about how long they make us wait before refunding. I have been patient waiting but after being refunded for other holiday thought I would call them. I told Samantha she didn't even seem like she wanted to find out the reason not good customer service. If you can see this HOLIDAYGEMS then take this as another COMPLAINT. I SENT ONE VIA EMAIL ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING UNTIL I EMAILED THEM THAT FLIGHTS WERE CANCELLED. Complaint number 2 from me. And will continue to put my opinions online until I get my money back
