I bought a sex toy from this shop not too long ago, and it wasn't the best experience. The delivery took way longer than I expected, around three weeks, and that was really annoying because I was looking forward to getting it quickly. I also didn't realise that the item was coming from overseas, so it would have been good to know that beforehand.

Membership experience
I signed up for a membership, but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. Some parts were fun, but there were some extra charges and rules that weren't clear. I don't get why I have to pay more for mini golf with my friends. And they told me I could bring a certain number of people, but then said everyone needed photo ID. It's just not cool!

Horse grooming supplies
The ordering process was a bit slower than what I'm used to, but that's alright because I wasn't in a hurry. Luckily, everything came nicely wrapped and I could easily track it with the delivery service. I got all the items I wanted and they were top-notch quality. I'll definitely shop at this supermarket again for my horse grooming needs.

Quick delivery delay
I ordered something with next day delivery and paid extra for it, but it took four days to arrive. I emailed the company about the delay, but I still haven't heard back. It's pretty frustrating to fork out extra for a service that wasn't fulfilled on time and then not even get a response about it.

Dress was terrible
The dress I bought was a total disaster! It took ages to arrive, and I couldn't even track it properly. When it eventually showed up, the material felt cheap, the fit was all wrong, and it was wonky. It seemed like they didn't bother to make it properly! Also, the button loops were the wrong size - what a joke! To add insult to injury, I had to fork out for return postage. What a waste! The brand used to be good, but not anymore. I'd steer clear if I were you!

Rose delivery
The rose I ordered turned up in a right state. It came in a cardboard box that looked like it had been through the wars, with leaves and stems sticking out all over the place. The compost had spilled all over the bottom of the box as well. On top of that, I shelled out some extra cash for it to be delivered on a particular day, but it showed up a day early, completely ruining the whole point. All in all, it was a bit of a let-down.
