    I was listening to the free audiobooks on Audible for months before I decided to subscribe to their package in total. It didn't cost me much but I got and I'm still getting value at a low cost. Audible has different genres of books you can enjoy. I listen to educative and comics mostly because they are my favorite genres of books and I also get knowledgeable through them. Audible is very fine and nice to have on your device.
    You can get through to their customer service too if you have any complaints or concerns and they will reply you and attend to you on time.
    Audible has my votes always.

    I love using this service, it's been a game-changer for me. I enjoy reading but struggle to find time for physical books, so Audible is perfect for me. I can listen to audiobooks while I'm commuting, doing chores, or working out. It's so convenient to be able to listen to books anywhere, anytime. I've been a happy customer for a few years now, always buying extra credits to keep up with my reading. I'm surprised by some negative reviews I've seen, as I've had no trouble pausing or cancelling my membership online.

    Non-fiction books

    The concept of Audible is really good and I came across a couple of non-fiction books that caught my eye. But, as I listened to a few chapters, I began to wonder if the reviews that guided me to those books were fake. They were praising diagrams and drawings in an audio book, which seemed suspicious. On closer examination, all the reviews were five stars and didn't mention any particular themes, suggesting they were probably automatically generated. This really spoiled my enjoyment of Audible.

    I had a tough time trying to cancel my trial subscription like they said I could. Even though they promised I could cancel whenever, it wasn't easy at all. I couldn't find where to cancel in the app or on the Amazon app. So, I Googled how to do it and tried logging into the Audible website with my Amazon password. I thought I could go to the cancellation section by clicking on my name at the top, but that didn't work either.

    I've been using this service for a while now and I've generally been pretty happy with it. They've got a wide range of audiobooks to choose from and the narrators are really good. But I have to admit, the prices can be a bit steep which might put some people off. I've had a few problems with pre-ordering books too. Twice now I've been accidentally charged twice for the same book, even though the company refused to admit it. It was pretty annoying that they didn't acknowledge the issue properly or sort it out.

    Scary suspense audiobook

    I really enjoy listening to spooky audiobooks, especially the ones that really get my heart racing. This one had me feeling jumpy at every little sound in my room! The person telling the story was brilliant and made everything so vivid. I would definitely suggest giving it a go if you're into a good fright!

    Account locked, struggling to access library

    I've been with you guys for more than ten years, but my account has been locked for the past two weeks. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times, and I've even sent all the ID documents you asked for, but my account is still locked. The customer service I've received so far has been really poor, and there's still no solution in sight.

    Membership cancellation difficulty

    I was really annoyed trying to cancel my membership, as the cancel membership page wasn't working. It felt like they make it difficult on purpose so you'll just pause your account instead. I ended up pausing my account at first because I couldn't find the cancel option. But after I rang the customer helpline, they eventually cancelled my membership, although they tried to get me to pause it again. It seemed like calling the helpline was the only way to actually cancel in the end.

    Audiobooks from this platform.

    This platform has some great titles, but it doesn't always deliver on its promises. They keep adding new audiobooks, but they struggle to keep hold of popular series like Peter Grant, Diener der Bestie, Im Namen des Ordens, and others. Also, the pricing seems a bit random - why should a one-hour title cost the same as a 50-hour one? It just doesn't make sense.

    Audiobook Account Closure

    I can't believe the nerve of this company! They closed my account without warning, even though I've been a loyal customer who always pays on time. I had a big collection of audiobooks that meant a lot to me. I spent ages on the phone trying to sort this out, and the money I had to spend on postage is just ridiculous. The customer service support was shocking - they were no help at all. This whole situation has really annoyed me.

    Subscription cancellation issue

    I've just cancelled my subscription after being a loyal customer for a good while and was shocked to discover that my account and all the books I'd bought have been wiped out without any heads-up. I mostly use the service when I'm on the go and need to read my books, but now I can't do that anymore. Even though I've cancelled, I'm still getting promotional emails from the company, which is really annoying and bewildering. Now I'm just sitting tight, hoping for a response from their social support team.

    Audiobook purchase with unexpected changes

    I was really disappointed to find out that the audiobooks in the free catalogue can suddenly change, especially when you're in the middle of listening to them. Recently, this happened to me and I got locked out of two books I bought with my membership. It was annoying to be told I had to buy the book I was 3/4 through. The lack of clarity about these changes in the terms and conditions is definitely disappointing. The customer service agent I spoke to was polite but didn't offer any apologies, which was a bit disheartening.

    Account re-opening for book listening

    The whole experience was really awful. I thought I'd reopen my account to listen to a few books, but quickly realised I wanted to cancel. Surprisingly, there wasn't an option to cancel on the app, so I had to freeze my membership. Yet, the company kept taking money from my account without my say-so. After lots of failed attempts to delete my membership, I had no choice but to ring their helpline. The conversation was a total disaster. I had to spell out my email several times, which was so frustrating, only for the call handler to get it wrong and claim my account didn't exist. When I corrected the spelling, the call handler abruptly hung up on me. I am totally shocked and angry about the whole thing.
