My website took absolutely ages to finish and it's still not even working properly! Trying to get in touch with them is a complete nightmare, it's like they have no idea what they're doing. They take forever to respond to emails and when they do, it's not even helpful. The boss is never available because they're always "in a meeting" and don't seem to care about fixing anything. It's just so annoying!
