I recently bought some Vitamin K2 from an online shop and was really pleased with how quickly it arrived. The package came promptly and was well wrapped up to make sure the stuff inside stayed in good condition. But, I was a bit let down when I realised that if I'd ordered more, I'd have to go collect them from a Customs Depot, which would have been a bit of a hassle. Slow and patchy internet service
My experience with the internet service provider has been really disappointing. The internet speed is so slow all the time and the connection is really unreliable, which makes it super annoying for video calls, streaming, and sending work files. I couldn't believe how much my dad was paying for such rubbish service. At certain times during the day, especially between 10am and 4pm, the internet speed just nosedives, so I have to use my phone hotspot for work stuff. Even when I tried connecting my computer with an ethernet cable, the speed didn't get any better. Comparing it to using my phone hotspot, which took only a few minutes to send a file, it's obvious how much better the alternative options are. To sum it up, I wouldn't advise anyone to go with this internet provider.

I bought a small water softener back in January 2021 and it's been doing a good job. However, I had a bit of a problem with the warranty. I wanted to extend it, but I didn't realise I had to do it within a few weeks. I only found out today that I missed the deadline. They also mentioned that callouts can be quite pricey. So, even though the device is working fine, I can only give them 3 stars. It would be a good idea for them to reach out to customers after they register to remind them about extending the warranty.
