Baby building blocks
As a soon-to-be grandmother, I may have been a bit premature in buying these baby building blocks, but I just couldn't resist! The sea life and dinosaur designs are amazing, with such attention to detail, and the blocks are a perfect size for stacking inside each other. I can already picture the delight my future granddaughter will have as she reaches up and builds towers that might end up taller than her! The blocks are really well-made, and although they were a bit expensive, it's definitely worth treating myself for such a special occasion. Overall, a lovely product.

This website is just terrible, honestly. I wouldn't even bother buying anything from here. I ordered a bathing suit for my birthday and they didn't even give me the tracking number. When I asked about it, they just ended up giving me a refund. It's an absolute joke!

Luxury box purchase
The luxury gift box I got for Christmas was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed opening it up and using all the nice products inside. The quality is really top-notch, but I did have a couple of issues. The box wasn't big enough to fit my larger brushes or an average-sized eyeshadow palette, which was a bit disappointing. I had to buy travel-sized brushes and palettes to make it work. The customer service through the chat feature was great, they were really helpful and friendly and answered all my questions about the tote for the box. I wanted to buy the tote to protect the box while travelling, but unfortunately, the tote doesn't actually stay securely on luggage as it doesn't have a trolley pass through. This meant I had to either sacrifice space in my carry-on or carry it separately, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a travel-friendly product. Despite these issues, I do like the light features of the box and I hope they'll think about adding this small upgrade to make the overall Beautifect experience even better.

Incorrect items received
I recently bought four t-shirts from Activewear Group, but they sent me the wrong size and all in the same colour. I got in touch with customer services straight away for help, but all I got was an automated reply that didn't help at all. I then tried contacting the cancellations department, but still got no response. Even though I tried to get in touch several times, I didn't hear back and now the wrong order has turned up today. So now I have to go through the hassle of sending it all back, which is a pain. I've also contacted my bank and sent them photos of the wrong items to see if they can help sort things out.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. When I got to the car park for my booking, I found out that Trusted Travel hadn't been paying the car park, so they wouldn't honour my booking. I tried to contact Trusted Travel to sort it out, but all I got were automated messages saying they got my query as a ticket, and then nothing. It was really frustrating and disappointing how they didn't take responsibility or communicate with me properly. I would definitely recommend avoiding this service to others.

I recently bought a set of four bar stools from this company, hoping they'd be black faux leather with black bases - but to my surprise, I got a wrong delivery of three green fabric stools with chrome bases, and an armchair. It's clear they messed up in their checking process. When I let them know about the mistake, they said the stools I actually ordered weren't available, with no apologies for the mix-up. They did offer to pick up the wrong items, but strangely suggested I take apart the metal bits and throw them out myself to save the seats. That would've meant unpacking everything again and going to the recycling centre, which I thought was really unfair and not on at all.

I've had a bit of a rough time with this brand, to be honest. I placed two orders with them, and both didn't go smoothly at all. I felt really let down by the way they handled things. They also wash up great, so no worries about them getting all ruined. But, I do have a bit of an issue with this place. Us normal people sometimes want a bit more coverage, so it would be nice if they had longer tops as well. The leggings are fab, but the tops situation might put some people off.

Today Thursday 9th September my self my daughter and her boyfriend were on a mission to get my son her brother some fragrance for his Birthday.
None of us had a clue, but with your sales advisor experience knowledge and patience we choose an issey miyake male fragrance 50 ml. I thought how friendly, poliet, patient, and kind Ann the sales advisor was.
We did go away and visit Boots to look at Dior as was told you did not do this brand, but the sales advisor was so unhelpful and was more interested in talking to a colleague then helping us.
So we went back and got the Male Issey Miyake Fragrance. When we gave it to him he was over the moon and extremely impressed by the choice we made and said the smell was right up his street.
I just want to say "Thank you" to Ann as with out her help I could of brought a totally random fragrance which would of never got uses.
Keep up the good work and I will be back at Christmas to get some fragrance for my husband and I am sure you will be a super star again in assisting me.

I recently visited the Maidenhead store to return some scissors which I did not find very effective. I had no receipt and I thought I may have a battle on my hands. But this was not the case, I was instantly offered my money back and given an apology. Rarely have received such excellent customer service and to me this is a very important quality for any business. The store assistant was called Rosie, she was very professional and respectful. So far i have taken two of the eight modules offered from this programme and i have been enjoying it! The classes were scheduled so dont miss your class and get ready before it begins! It is just like my normal university class. The instructor is helpful and interactive as well. Would really recommend this to anyone that is looking for a productive activity during their summer or winter break!

I would rate this right now an 8/10. I have only just completed my first lesson. I’ll start with the cons and then go into the pros. Cons: You are prompted to purchase a toolkit after you sign up for a course and a certificate. This is with every course. The website says you can join the course 1 hour before the start, however, you have to wait for the time to actually hit the time you selected. When showing the demo in illustrator at the end of lesson 1 it was very fast and hard to take notes for us newbies to understand what was being done.
Pros: Shaw Academy does provide you with very good information. The first lesson was a great intro and I am excited to continue. They offer great courses. I have a few others that I’d like to try. I wish you could just purchase one course as opposed to having to select a plan. (It can be pricey to enroll in multiple courses.) I did purchase the tool kit and it is definitely worth it. It give you summary notes and Slides as well as additional information and you are able to download the items. I really like that you can create you own schedule and times for the classes as it holds you more accountable. However, If you miss a class or something came up I love the flexibility of being able to reschedule, restart, or watch the recorded class. Being able to watch the recorded class is great! I was able to go back to parts that were maybe alittle fast and take notes!
Over all I am happy with Shaw Academy and am happy I came across them. I would also reccomend this if you are looking to try out a new area or to really learn something new.These reviews are all fake. Only reviews before 17 Apr are real and all were negative. This company will rip you off. Difficult cancellations that they ignore and still charge you. Courses that are pre-recorded from years ago. Don't be another of their victims.
Shaw Academy are being widely accused of deceptive and fraudulent behaviour with regard to unauthorized taking of payments for cancelled accounts. It is recommended to cancel your bank card if they have your details.
