The bouquet I got from this company was so beautiful! The flowers were absolutely stunning and had a lovely scent that filled the room. I was really surprised that they lasted a whole two weeks before starting to fade. I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back for more.
Flowers and chocolates purchase
I ordered some flowers and chocolates for a special occasion, really wanting to surprise someone special. But, uh-oh, the delivery turned into a bit of a nightmare. The flowers showed up late, just dumped in the front garden, and the delivery person didn't even bother to knock on the door. And to top it off, the free box of chocolates that was meant to come with the flowers never showed up. It was a total letdown and definitely not the lovely surprise I had in mind.
Gift, Flowers, Chocolates
I was pretty let down by the gift I got, the flowers didn't even last a week. On the bright side, the chocolates that came with it were really nice and I enjoyed them.
Sympathy flowers
I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery for sympathy flowers, but the delivery service they used was a complete letdown. The tracking info showed the flowers arrived at the depot in the morning and didn't budge all day. The customer service rep I talked to wasn't helpful at all and wouldn't give me any useful info, which left me feeling really frustrated and annoyed. When the flowers finally turned up, they were in a sorry state and not fit for the occasion. I won't be using this company again.
Sympathy flowers purchase
I bought some sympathy flowers from this company, but I had a really bad time with their customer service. I saw that their system changed the delivery address to a mix of shipping and delivery, so I let them know right away. Even though I contacted them within 5 minutes of seeing the mistake, they said they couldn't do anything about it. It was so annoying, especially since sending sympathy flowers is quite sensitive. The fact that the company didn't show any understanding or offer help was really disappointing. It made me feel like they had taken advantage of me.
Sparse bouquet in small vase
The flowers I ordered didn't look anything like the picture online. They were a bit thin and disappointing, especially considering how much I spent on them. Luckily, my mum didn't mind too much, but I was still a bit disappointed. The free chocolates that came with the flowers were a nice bonus, but they didn't really make up for the average bunch. If you're after something that's worth the money, I'd recommend trying somewhere else.

My parents anniversary was in a weeks time and I know I wont be making it to their anniversary however, I wanted to get them something special to commemorate their 35th anniversary. they love flower so much so I wanted to send them freshly cut roses, but then I didn't know where to get one. I ordered for flowers from eflorist and it was delivered to my parents right on time. I will always order flowers from eflorist anytime I want to buy flowers. I recommend eflorist to anyone who need fresh flower bouquet for that special someone.
