I was putting off switching my phone provider for ages because they all seemed terrible. But then I found this great one called Honest and I'm really pleased I did! The customer service is fantastic - quick, friendly, and helpful. Switching over was really simple and if I had any queries, they were answered straight away. I've only had the SIM for a short time, but everything looks great - my signal strength is excellent. I'm recommending this to all my friends!

Birthday gift purchase
I bought a birthday present for my elderly relative from this florist not long ago and, truth be told, I'm really let down by the service I got. I put in my order well in advance thinking it would get to my aunt on time and while the sun's up. But as it stands, it's 8 pm now and my flowers are still on the go, nowhere near my aunt yet. This whole thing has been a real waste of my time and energy and, personally, I wouldn't suggest this florist to anyone who wants a reliable service.

As a parent, I really like this app for my child's education. It's fun and interactive, so it keeps my child entertained while they learn. But, it was a bit of a letdown to find out that the globe feature only includes the United States. We live in Canada, so it would be good for my child to learn about other countries too. It would be nice to have more international content added to make the app more inclusive and diverse.

Flower order with personalized card
I ordered some flowers and requested a personalised card with a lovely message on it. However, I was disappointed to discover after paying that the card would be blank. I got in touch with them immediately after receiving the email confirmation, within just 4 minutes. Unfortunately, they were unhelpful and refused to fix the mistake, insisting it was my fault. They wouldn't even cancel my order when I requested it. Their customer service left a lot to be desired.

Trip insurance cancelled, fought for refund
I purchased travel insurance for my trip to Australia, but it got cancelled due to COVID-19 and the Australian prime minister excluding non-Australians. I called the insurance company and they claimed they were aware of the virus before my travel dates. They tried to dismiss me, but I was persistent. I continued emailing and calling until they eventually offered me half of my money back. I was still dissatisfied, so I escalated the issue to the Insurance Ombudsman.

I wanted to get myself a new watch and thought I'd give Chronext a shot since I couldn't easily get to an authorised dealer. The sales rep I spoke to was really responsive and polite, which I liked. However, there were a few things that bothered me about the whole experience. Firstly, the shipping process wasn't great. The package was passed from one courier to another, and for four days, the tracking information didn't update, which made me a bit worried. When the watch finally arrived, I noticed that the strap was a bit creased and the Nomos envelope that should have been with it was missing from the leather case. Despite these small issues, they did include a dealer-signed warranty card, and the watch itself has been keeping good time within COSC tolerance after two weeks of use. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I think it's important for other customers to know about these things before ordering from Chronext.

This bag is actually so gorgeous, the teal colour is amazing and there's loads of space inside for all my stuff. But I had to send it back because it was a bit too big and wasn't sure if it would be allowed as cabin baggage. The online returns process was a bit annoying, got an email with a label to print out but no QR code for the post office to scan. The options on the last page of the returns bit were a bit confusing, making it all a bit harder. Ended up having to go to the library to print the label myself, could have been sorted if they'd just emailed a QR code for the Post Office to scan. But gotta say, the company's ethos and product quality are top notch. Overall, I'd still highly recommend them.

I got in touch with JustPark to let them know that the driver had stayed longer than they were meant to, but instead of sorting it out quickly, the agent, Ismail Gaidien, didn't really help much. Not only did he put up a bunch of barriers, but he also didn't send me the feedback form when I asked for it. It feels like this agent only cares about getting good feedback.

I am really disappointed with the service I got from this company. It was a nightmare! They kept calling me constantly just to set up a direct debit, and when my order finally came, it was all wrong - I wanted a 1 litre bottle twice a week, but they sent a 2 litre bottle once a week instead. When I tried to cancel my order over email, they told me to call them, and then I got passed around different people and put on hold for ages. They even charged me for a "free" sample! The milk went off before the expiration date, even though I stored it correctly. It was a real hassle.

Samsung s10 plus
Purchased a new contract and phone from this company. The phone arrived quick but had damaged to the screen. I suspect this was not new as there was no screen protector on it. It took four days to get the return address. I realised this was very odd and asked to cancel the order. Over a week later they tell phone has more damaged than I described and they wont cancel the contract and accept the return. I am now stuck with a 50 month contract, no phone and no sim. Do Not use this company they are dishonest and supplying use phones as new.
