Wow, I have to say, these guys are absolutely fantastic! I decided to get a new boiler and they gave me a date for the installation. On the day, they actually texted me to let me know that the fitter would be showing up between 8am and 10am. The boiler and all the necessary parts actually arrived at my house at 8.20am, which was great, and the Gas installer, Shaun Mace, turned up at 9.30am. I offered him a coffee and he started working right away. Shaun worked tirelessly throughout the whole day and finished up in the late afternoon after going through everything with me. Overall, a really professional company - big thanks to them!
Boiler upgrade to Worcester Bosch 4000
Upgrading my outdated back boiler to a new combi boiler by Worcester Bosch 4000 was a breeze. I was a bit worried about the potential mess, but ordering online was easy, and the removal of the old system went smoothly. The engineers, Stephen and Chris, were really professional and skilled. They were polite, quick, and made sure to keep my house tidy during the installation. I was particularly impressed when Chris suggested installing a new radiator that I was thinking of doing myself. It was a great experience all around, from beginning to end.
New boiler installed
The chap who came to install our new boiler gave us a heads up on when he was turning up and filled us in on what he would be getting up to. Once he was done, he showed us how to operate the boiler and took care of all the paperwork. He did a cracking job!
Solar battery installation
I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got from Heatable. Ben has been great from the start when I first asked about getting a solar battery. He was really professional and helpful, answering all my questions quickly and helping me through everything without any problems. It was so easy compared to other home improvement projects I've had, all thanks to Ben's knowledge and speed. The installers were brilliant too, doing the job exactly how I wanted and leaving everything nice and tidy. I'm really pleased with how it all turned out and definitely got good value for my money.

Quick and easy booking process
I recently sorted out getting a new boiler installed through your website and I have to say, it was a breeze. I managed to upload some photos of my current boiler to make sure everything would fit, and within three days, I had a date and time all set for the installation. The follow-up phone call to double-check details was a nice touch, and I really appreciated the effort put in to make sure everything was in place. Seeing a photo of the installer was also great, especially as my partner was at home alone on installation day. The installer showed up on time, was really friendly, and did a brilliant job with the installation. I was really impressed with how efficient and professional the whole process was.

Fitted us a new boiler it developed a fault out of the box but heatable were very good and got it sorted no messing around would recommend this company good communication very helpful and fast thank you for a great service
