Recently purchased heating installation.
I just wanted to say how amazing the customer service was at this company. I first spoke to Rob, the sales rep, and then Euan who did the installation, and they were both really helpful and made sure to take care of everything I needed. They answered all my questions without any delay and really made me feel like a valued customer. I had such a positive experience that I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.
Viessman boiler, pressure maintenance
We've had our Viessman boiler for about eight months now and it's been going strong. The only little problem we've had is having to top up the pressure every now and then. It's not been a big deal though, and we're not sure if it's normal for combi boilers. We haven't found any leaks so it's a bit of a mystery. But overall, we're happy with our boiler and would definitely suggest it to others.

Ryan was a real pro - he talked me through the whole installation process and knew his stuff, answering all my questions like a pro. I'm really chuffed with how it all turned out and I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a new boiler.

Luckily, the engineer spotted this during the survey and came up with a different option that ended up doing the trick. Boiler purchase - Great value and speedy service
I recently bought a boiler and was really happy with how good the deal was compared to other big boiler companies. The price I was given was way lower than another famous supplier and the warranty was longer too. The whole process of booking and getting it installed was smooth, and I had a working boiler by the next Monday. Huge shoutout to Ryan Lawson at RKL plumbing and heating for doing a great job with the installation and leaving everything clean.
Boiler installation
The boiler is working perfectly fine and the person who installed it was really friendly, but I was quite surprised to see all the pipes and nuts left uncovered below. I requested a cover, but was informed that there wasn't one available for this specific model. So, I had to cough up more funds to create a cupboard to conceal the unsightly mess. Definitely a case of buyer beware!

Wow, I have to say, these guys are absolutely fantastic! I decided to get a new boiler and they gave me a date for the installation. On the day, they actually texted me to let me know that the fitter would be showing up between 8am and 10am. The boiler and all the necessary parts actually arrived at my house at 8.20am, which was great, and the Gas installer, Shaun Mace, turned up at 9.30am. I offered him a coffee and he started working right away. Shaun worked tirelessly throughout the whole day and finished up in the late afternoon after going through everything with me. Overall, a really professional company - big thanks to them!
Boiler upgrade to Worcester Bosch 4000
Upgrading my outdated back boiler to a new combi boiler by Worcester Bosch 4000 was a breeze. I was a bit worried about the potential mess, but ordering online was easy, and the removal of the old system went smoothly. The engineers, Stephen and Chris, were really professional and skilled. They were polite, quick, and made sure to keep my house tidy during the installation. I was particularly impressed when Chris suggested installing a new radiator that I was thinking of doing myself. It was a great experience all around, from beginning to end.

The chap who came to install our new boiler gave us a heads up on when he was turning up and filled us in on what he would be getting up to. Once he was done, he showed us how to operate the boiler and took care of all the paperwork. He did a cracking job!
