Car park experience
The signs at the car park weren't very clear and could definitely do with some improvement for customers to understand better. Also, there's no barrier so there's a chance that the car park might be full when you get there. And to top it off, there's broken glass in a couple of parking spaces which is a bit worrying for the safety and security of the place.

All in all, it's a decent option for affordable parking near the city centre.
Parking experience
I've used this parking service a lot, but my last visit left me feeling let down. The car park was really dirty, and there was a staircase that smelled strongly of urine. Not to mention, the barrier arm at the entrance was broken, and there was a pile of broken glass on the second floor. It seemed like they weren't keeping up with maintenance or security. What worried me most was that the glass was still there hours later, making it dangerous for cars and people. For a place like Knightsbridge, known for being posh, this was a big disappointment in terms of cleanliness and safety.
