    Scooter rental, excellent price

    The service we received was excellent, and the price was really good compared to other companies offering 7-day rentals for 120 euros. The scooter, a 125cc, that they provided us with was almost brand new. We found them conveniently located at the airport reception, working with the "OK Mobility" company. Everything went without a hitch. They took a 100 euro deposit (just a temporary hold on your card, refundable if you return the scooter undamaged) and we opted to pay 18 euros for roadside assistance (a good idea in case of any problems while out on the road). We even took trips lasting an hour and a half, and all went smoothly.

    I ordered some stuff online not long ago, thinking it would turn up quickly as it was meant to be next day delivery for orders over a certain amount. But it's been more than 10 days now, and still no sign of my things. The website made it clear about their delivery policy, so you can imagine my disappointment when it wasn't met in my case. When I got in touch with customer service for help, they said they would call me back, but that call never came. The lack of communication and not keeping their promises has really got me feeling frustrated and let down by the service.

    The body oil I bought from this place was really lovely and had a great smell. I've used quite a few bottles of the Black Graam body oil, thinking it might improve the crepey skin on my arms and legs.     The item I bought from Appliances Direct is really lovely and a great deal. It's just as good, if not better than the big green one on the market. The stainless steel finish is top-notch and really adds a sleek and modern touch to my kitchen. But, I've had to knock off a star because the delivery was a bit of a nightmare. The driver turned up without the right gear to handle a 160kg box, which ended up with the pallet breaking and the box getting damaged. I thought about rejecting the delivery because of the state of the package, but the driver couldn't lift it back onto the van. It took three of us to get it into my kitchen, which was quite a mission. Despite this hiccup, the product itself is worth every penny and I'm really pleased with my purchase.

    But surprise, surprise! The dog food from the first company rocked up on Wednesday, just four days later. I've got to give credit where it's due – the delivery was quick and the service was spot on. Looking back, I wish I'd given them a chance earlier. I ended up forking out more on Amazon for the same product, which also arrived on Wednesday.
    All in all, I had a good experience with the first company. I'd definitely think about using them again in the future.

    The estate agent service from Strike was alright, but we found their conveyancers and mortgage advisors to be pretty terrible. So, we decided to go with independent services for those instead. And now, dealing with their conveyancer has been a nightmare and we're at risk of losing another sale. It's been a real waste of money and time dealing with them.

Then, on the 18th day, I phoned them again and was told the rug was still on back order with no idea when it would come. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and broken promises, so I decided to cancel my order. But, they said I'd have to wait another 2-4 days for a refund. Overall, the service and communication from this company were really poor, and I think companies should only sell products that they actually have in stock and can give reliable delivery estimates for.

    'Jewels of Japan' tour

    I've just returned from a tour that was a real let down, from beginning to end. The airport pick up was a disaster, the hotels were not up to scratch, the food was always cold and unappetising, and we were always rushing with no time to chill out. The journey to the airport at the end was a nightmare too, making the whole trip even more stressful. Definitely not the magical experience I was expecting for my 70th birthday.     Have recently sent some drumheads from London to Japan using Parcelhero/Fedex

    My package is 3kg 70cm x 8cm x70cm price was 68 quid 5 to 6 days delivery

    After been delivered in Japan, Parcel hero sent me a email saying Fedex checked the sizes and they were 180x35x146 and the price to pay was £782 extra


    Are you kidding me???? Very dodgy !!!!!
    Thank god the guy in Japan didn't throw the package with all the labels attached after 10 days otherwise I could not prove anything and would be in trouble. Next time I will take several pictures showing sizes with a tape measure and weight cause they are trying to deceive you when you already are bare hands

    This is happening to me right now. Sent parcel overseas. Parcel was below the max weight and measurements. Received email 3 days ago saying parcel is overweight. Recipient has not yet opened parcel and has weighed and measured it and has sent me video evidence. It is the exact measurements I stated and well below guidelines. I am hoping this is enough to dispute this outrageous claim.

    Have had nothing but aggravation since sending a parcel to Australia at the beginning of March. My dimensions and weight were correct but I didn’t take photos. They have now sent me two different invoices with different amounts for weight adjustments - nearly twice the weight it actually was. They’ve quoted two different sets of dimensions which looks like they’re quoting 2 separate parcels. No idea what to do as the package was opened and box thrown away. Would not use them again. Absolutely disgusted with them.

    I will never use ParcelHero again as they failed to refund me for an item badly damaged in transit. I would warn all users of this company to be careful, especially if they decide to insure items being sent via their services.

    A 4 kg package was delivered. ParcelHero claimed its was 40kg and requested an extra £50 as it was audited by UPS and found to be over weight. I contacted UPS and no such audit had taken place. This is a fraud and has been reported both to Action Fraud and UPS Security. Do not use this company.

    Same thing happened to me! I complained only to find a few days later that they had actually taken the extra money using the debit card info I had used to pay originally!

    I purchased Doc Martens costing £130 from Sneaker Studio and paid through PayPal. The money was taken out of my bank account a few hours later. They sent me an email the following day saying “According to your personal disposition for your order, our staff have cancelled this order.” Not only did the email raise suspicion, but the structure of the language used is unusual. I am now having to raise a dispute against them with PayPal. Has anyone experienced similar?

    Spend close to £15K in Furniture Village Watford, had loads of items arrive faulty and replaced, including power sofas and lighting,etc. It’s been 11 months since I put the order in, there were problems with the sofa twice and the lighting they sell, I asked for help to deal with the issues, not only the problems are not solved, the staff was utter arrogance and rude ignorant. He seemed to be very un-helpful and defensive. I still left with the problem, and cost me more to fix the issues.     I have had quite a few problems with this company ordering things on next day delivery and they don't arrive .sending things back and they don't get them .ordering items and items being missing. I like the clothes and the deals but Hermes that they use are just an absolute disaster

    Their customer service is horrible as no one has contacted me after three emails. There is no number to call. My jacket did not come like they said it would and paid for the extra delivery charfges.
