Wifi connectivity issues, lack of information on additional services provided
My experience with the wifi connection from your services has been quite frustrating. The connection keeps dropping out or not connecting at all. When I contacted customer service, they were unfriendly and not helpful, making me feel like they were more focused on getting through calls quickly rather than offering genuine assistance. Luckily, I spoke to Fiona from Belfast who patiently walked me through the router settings I needed. She stressed the importance of reading the router manual when setting up, and that actually fixed the issues I was having. Fiona also told me about Smarttalk and free BT Fon, services I didn't know about but will help me save money on mobile bills for non-BT family members. I think that if more focus was put on educating customers about these extra services and router settings when signing up initially, it would make the whole experience smoother for everyone.

I was looking for compact broadband services and i found BT. They offered the best services i ever know. i also found products for my Tv and landline. So overall i got what i was looking, they offer services at a good rate, their services are nice and also they response on time if i ever face problems. so yeah, they are really good.
Very impressed
Switched from SKY back to BT and what a difference a year makes. The new smart HUB is the best yet and the service is faultless. They waived the install fee, got a cracking deal for BB and calls and got a pre-pay mastercard topped up with £150.
Tip TopBroadband Purchase
I am really disappointed with the customer service from this company. I tried to contact them several times by email about a problem with my broadband, but they never replied. It's not right how they treat their customers, especially from someone in their resolutions team. The way they ignore customer concerns and the lack of communication is really surprising.
Broadband services
I told them to switch off some services, but they didn't do it! They just kept adding extra charges to my bill each month for services I never asked for. When I rang up to complain, they acknowledged my request but still didn't take any action. All they offered was a small refund, which doesn't seem right at all. I'm really livid - I'm going to end my contract with them next week. It appears they're not bothered about making sure their customers are satisfied.
Issue with Customer Service
The customer service is terrible, they don't listen to what I'm saying at all! They even hang up on me, can you believe it? And some of them can't even speak English properly. They said they'd call me back but never did. And they keep disconnecting my service without sorting out the issue. There was one person who seemed helpful, but they ended up letting me down too. I'm so frustrated that I'm going to the ombudsman and requesting copies of all my calls.
