Broadband deal
As a customer of a certain broadband provider, I really struggled with the process of claiming a voucher through Broadband Genie. I waited for over 120 days as mentioned in the terms and conditions, but my ISP (which I won't name here) wouldn't admit to the offer with BBG, leading to my voucher being rejected. Even now, they haven't verified a valid sale with BBG, which means BBG hasn't got their commission. However, I have to say that BBG's customer support was brilliant at sorting out the problem. Big shoutout to Rachel for going the extra mile to help me, even when things were tough. My tip for others is to double-check that the offer is tracked properly after the sale is confirmed with the ISP, save the confirmation email until you get the voucher, and don't accept unhelpful answers from the ISP's customer support.

I recently signed up for Shell Energy Broadband after spotting a deal on MoneySavingExpert, which came with a £110 Amazon voucher from Broadband Genie.
