I've been with this service for a good few years now and I can honestly say I've never had any issues with the connection. The speed has always been steady and reliable, living up to my expectations every time. I recently changed my internet provider to Direct Save after using the same one for six years. I have to say, Direct Save is definitely better than my old provider when it comes to both cost and customer service. The connection and speed are just as good, if not better, and what really makes Direct Save stand out is how much they care for their customers. New wifi router
I recently got a new wifi router and I have to say, it's pretty awesome! I had a chat with this lovely lady called Rosemary who was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me in a really simple way and was super patient with all my questions.
Internet connection
I'm really not happy with the internet connection I'm getting from this provider. It's just so bad. The speeds are nowhere near what they said they would be, and it keeps cutting out all the time, which makes it impossible for me to use more than one device at a time. I even tried using a booster from another company to make it better, but it didn't work at all. Honestly, the service is so unreliable, and I can't wait to change to a different provider as soon as I can.

I work from home and i work online, for that, i need good speed in a net but due to some reasons my old broadband was not working. So i decide to change the company as well as the broadband. My old friend is using Direct SAVE for a long time and he suggested me to use this broadband. Last month i install their broadband and I must say the speed is really good. Also, their communication service is good. And i also get telephone services as well.
Customer service from Rosemary
I recently had a chat with Rosemary from customer service and honestly, she was just lovely to talk to. She was really friendly and happy, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. You could tell she knew what she was talking about and that she really wanted to assist me with my questions. I've spoken to Rosemary before, and every time it's been great. She's a real asset to the company.
Phone line and internet activation
I had a problem with my phone line not working after Direct Save activated my internet. I got in touch with their customer service team to find out what was going on. Chloe, a lovely woman, helped me a lot. She guided me through setting up my phone to work with the internet. Her help was really important and she fixed the problem fast and effectively. Overall, it was a great experience dealing with their customer service team.

I've been helping out my elderly friend with his internet from DirectSave for about three years now. We picked them in the beginning because they were affordable, but the speeds have stayed slow and the prices have gone up. It doesn't seem like great value for money anymore.
