Misleading package deal
The package deal I got from Klook said I'd get to do a Stadium Tour and a Sky Walk, but when I got there, turns out it only covered the Stadium Tour. I was pretty gutted and felt like I'd been misled. They should have made it clear that the Sky Walk wasn't part of the deal, instead of listing both activities together like they were.
Hire car booking
I recently booked an SUV online for hire through Klook, hoping to get a Ford Bronco or a similar 4WD vehicle. However, when I got to the car pick-up point, I was surprised to be given a small 2WD Chevy Trailblazer instead. To make matters worse, the quality of the vehicle was not up to scratch. The car was dirty, had cockroaches inside, and the seat belts were all moldy. I paid extra for a better car, but ended up with a terrible and unclean vehicle. The staff at the pick-up point didn't seem to care, and when I reached out to the customer service centre, they were of no help either. It was a really disappointing experience that felt like a total rip-off. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company.
Booking for an activity
The customer service on this platform is absolutely awful. The only way to contact them is through their chat app, but even then, the replies are super slow and not very helpful. If you take a few extra seconds to reply, they just close the chat on you. On top of that, the promo codes they give out are usually confusing and don't even work, which just leaves customers feeling let down and irritated. And as if that wasn't bad enough, when you try to book something to do, it's often fully booked even when it shows there's availability. All in all, my experience with this platform has been really terrible.
Universal Studios Japan tickets
Buying the tickets for Universal Studios Japan on here was an absolute breeze! We were having a right nightmare trying to get them on the official website for days, but we eventually threw in the towel and gave Klook a shot. Thank goodness we did because it was dead easy and hassle-free. Thank you for making it a piece of cake for us to grab the tickets!
Family day trip to Skyworld Genting
We had a brilliant day with the family at Skyworld Genting. We had a great time and felt it was well worth the money. The direct entry at the gate was really handy and saved us time, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to go back again in the future!
Efficient booking process
I thought the booking process was pretty straightforward and easy to use. But, I did notice that the website was a bit slow now and then, which kind of took away from the whole experience. The booking system itself worked fine, but the interface could definitely do with some tweaking to make it smoother and easier to use.
