Spin bike purchase
I recently got myself a spin bike from UK Sport Imports and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. The delivery was surprisingly quick and the bike arrived just like they said it would. But, there were a couple of small issues that stopped me from giving it a perfect score. One of the pedal bolts was tough to remove because it was on really tight. Luckily, I managed to loosen it with some wrenches. Also, there's this occasional clicking noise when you pedal, which can be a bit annoying. Despite these little bumps in the road, I reckon the spin bike gives you good bang for your buck.

Weather screen canvas purchase
I bought a weather screen canvas from this company to use as a shade for the end of my porch, but I was really disappointed with what I received. The colour of the canvas was not what I expected, it looked shoddy and there were crease lines all over it. It looked more like a tie-dye pattern than a solid colour canvas. The finish was terrible and overall it was just not up to standard. When I got in touch with their quality control team, they offered me 30% off my next purchase instead of a replacement, which I didn't think was fair. I didn't want to spend any more money on a product that wasn't good quality. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you want something decent.

I wasn't too sure about getting glasses from this place at the start, but after doing some research, I decided to go for it. They've got some great designs and the prices for bifocals are pretty reasonable. These glasses are really lightweight and the prescription seems to be accurate. To top it off, they arrived earlier than I expected!

Insurance policy
My dealings with this insurance company have been really disappointing. I had to file a claim not long ago, and it was a total nightmare from start to finish. They turned down my claim for no good reason, clearly just trying to dodge paying up. The customer service was subpar, with unskilled staff dealing with my situation. It seemed like all they cared about was taking my cash, not actually helping me out. Overall, a massive let-down and a pain of a company.

Niamh and Keli were both brilliant, but Niamh really went the extra mile to sort out a problem I had with my exam booking.
