During my recent stay at the hotel, I found it to be pretty good overall but there were a couple of things that could have been better. The hotel looked a bit old-fashioned and could do with some updates, especially in the corridors and rooms. Also, the bedding and towels they gave us weren't great quality, which was a shame.

I found it quite straightforward to buy car hire excess insurance from this company, but I must say, dealing with their claims process has been a bit of a headache. While I was in Corfu, I had an accident, and even though I had already forked out for the CDW deductible with the car rental company, the insurance folks are now asking for more paperwork from me. It feels a bit unnecessary and it's dragging out the whole claims process. I'd advise anyone else thinking about going with this insurance provider to be prepared for some challenges if they ever need to make a claim.

Large sofa purchase
I recently bought a big sofa from this furniture store and I was really impressed by the whole experience. The delivery team were really professional and quick, they managed to get the sofa through a tight space without causing any damage. Both my partner and I have ongoing pain issues, and we found the sofa to be really comfy and supportive, which meant we could sit on it for ages without any pain. The only downside was that the delivery team didn't take the recyclable packaging with them, even though we had told them about it beforehand, so it wasn't a big problem.

I've been using this online vape shop for a while now and I have to say, it's my favourite place to get all my vaping stuff. Trade-in experience
I was really disappointed with my experience of trading in some items. I had loads of problems when I tried to send them off using a third-party service that the company suggested. It was a nightmare at the post office as I had to spend over an hour sorting out all the wrong postal codes that different customer service people had given me. In the end, I had to change and use Royal Mail instead. Also, the trade didn't happen as quickly as the 48-hour processing time mentioned in the FAQ. I even got an email saying some items were missing, even though I was sure I'd packed everything properly.

New shoes
So I bought these new shoes from a website, right? I was really looking forward to getting them and showing them off at school. But when they arrived, they were way too big for me! So, I tried to send them back and get a smaller size, but oh dear, it was a total nightmare! They kept telling me I hadn't included all the paperwork, but I swear I did! Then, they refused to cover the cost of returning them, and I ended up spending a fortune to send them back. It was really unfair! They wouldn't offer me any help at all, and I had to figure everything out by myself. I'm so let down, I thought they were meant to treat their customers well. But no, they just made things more difficult for me. I certainly won't be shopping from them again, that's for certain.

This place is a total rip-off! I bought a jacket, paid for it, and still haven't got it. What's worse, they're ignoring all my emails asking where the jacket is. I have to admit, I was really let down by my recent purchase from Ideal World. The shoes I got were really nice to look at, but when it comes to how they feel on my feet, they didn't quite hit the mark. It's frustrating when they make such bold claims, as it can lead customers like myself astray. Suit trousers purchase
The size of the suit trousers I ordered was really disappointing. I got them in my usual size from other shops, but these ones felt like they were measured in centimetres instead of inches. There was a huge 10cm difference on one pair, making them impossible to wear. On top of that, I had to pay £10 for postage and returns, which I think is way too much. It was a waste of money because they couldn't even get the sizing right.

hired a car a couple of weeks ago .. WORST experience ever, when we handed the car back the woman working there with her horrendous attitude accused us of damaging the tire and that they wouldn't be able to rent the vehicle out because the damaged we had caused and that they were putting a claim in against us... we have received NOTHING from enterprise re this claim.. I've have chased on SEVERAL occasions with no response.. I have photo evidence that this scratch on the tire was already there but still no answer and now left without my deposit back ... THE WORST company to use and I wont ever be using them again.. Con artists as I can see from other reviews this has happened plenty of time

This company is incompetent joke and quite honestly deplorable in its handling of situations. I would highly urge you to take your money elsewhere. Unless you wish to encounter issue after issue after issue and have had to spend months and months trying to resolve it.
I haven’t had one singular issue with Mobiles. I’ve had multiple.
First off, I got sent a bunch of sim cards through the post from them in. I rang them up thinking there had been a data breach of some sort. Only to be told there had been a ‘system fault’ of which I would have been charged for two extra contracts if I hadn’t rung up and told them. They cancelled them and told me to throw them away.
Secondly halfway through my cashback contract I could no longer claim cashback.
Thirdly and probably the worst. They took a second contract out without my consent again. Consent doesn’t seem to be something they value. It was well hidden behind my other phone contract, and I only noticed when the charges increasingly jumped. I have been trying to get my money back for the last five months from them.
I truly believe had I not been persistent they would have happily kept the hundreds of pounds that are mine.
Their customer service and handling of this situation has been atrocious. In the last 5 months I have called up around 30 or more times have spent hours of my time when which are added up are days just trying to sort it.
I have been hung up on consistently (10+x) by advisors when they can’t be bothered to deal with the situation or when I have asked to speak to someone higher up. For me then to have to phone up again and be placed in another long queue. They have been extremely negligent in the whole situation, constantly trying to shift the narrative that it was me who took it out. They have batted me back and forth between Vodaphone and themselves. Trying to constantly shift the blame. The managers too have been careless and inept to deal with it. Leah who I spoke too, also tried to place blame and fault upon me, saying it must be fraud and leaping to anything that would take the blame from them. I was promised call backs which I waited hours for and didn’t receive constantly. For such a ‘high priority case’ as they called it, they were happy to play me around. I got another manager named Jason who too was at first more helpful but soon became inattentive after promising to escalate the matter further and would keep me updated with anything that would happen with updates and call backs. He was also going to ring me when he got the information back. He didn’t – he’d apparently told someone else too and they hadn’t. I found him quite impertinent like he couldn’t be bothered. I finally got an email address to request my refund but as of yet have not received.
So, all in all, a deplorable dishonest company who has little respect for their customers and who customer services seem incapable and unfit in handling situations.Review about: Miista

Really appalling terms and conditions - how do they get away with it, received used shoes in sale they failed to facilitate a return then disgustingly 3 months later sent a bill for tax duties refused to pay eventually i won they paid up they seemed keen to cause trouble.
‘Ricardo’ - who is that bad person caused no end of stress a real unpleasant character.
Not trustworthy do not bother the sizes are wrong and most are unwearable.

Ive been wanting to go back to school and for years and years I wanted to take my photography class but at age 35 and 4 kids, it just seemed so exspensive, not to mention just to overwhelming and complicated. Then I saw the advertisement for shaw academy and the free four week module 1 class for photography and I was like ya know what, now is the time, little did I know but it is the easiest way to go back to school and shaw academy just makes the whole process painless and easy to understand and almost fail proof. Im not only takin my photography class but I've added 4 classes in all now and I'm just finishing up lesson 2 in all four classes and things couldnt be more clear. I am in love with shaw academy and i thank them for literally making my dreams become a reality. I think after im finished with these classes I think im just gonna keep on with the classes and keep on with the learning I wish all online schooling could be as great as an experience as ive had with shaw academy not to mention they also allow u to extend ur classes out to 3 friends or family memebers for FREE!!! Good step by step instructional approach, however, it halted several times which may be due to our internet service.
Shaw academy is giving people some well needed chances and opportunities especially now in an unknowing part of time to get back to learning and educating ourselves.
Working through the social media and marketing course at the moment, the course lessons go very quickly, because the content seems quite rushed. A lot of detail though. I'm learning a lot about stats at the moment.
I am very impressed by shaw academy because there are several interesting informations and they helped me a lot. BTW, i hope the instructor has more specific example, it would be easier to understand

The only question I want help with is on the e certificate is that for free or its paid for? I also would appreciate if one can be allowed to do lessons a lot quicker than 2 per week. So far so good! I am enjoying the classes on the Shaw Academybplatform and finding them informative and easy to follow. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with the course tutor and clarify any points, which is really helpful. To be honest I was originally a little sceptical but I have been impressed by the knowledge provided and am looking forward to learning more about Digital Marketing in the coming weeks!

I have been getting emails that I have not attended the session when in fact I did. My emails are being flooded unnecessarily. I have sent an email which automatically created a ticket. But all the emails i have been getting are automatically generated. It does not give me the assurance that there are actually real people at the other end of the conversation.
Moreover, I am enrolled in a Project Management course. And this simple matter of my attendance does not seem to be reconciled. Does not give me much confidence.Very helpful and I'm enjoying the course.

Lots of clear communication about how to complete the course and modules before starting. The course was delivered clearly and with lots of interesting content that was useful, informative and actionable. This course is delivered in a way that is really relevant. Unlike many other courses I have taken, it isn't full of things I already know, and it's helping me to better myself. Thanks!

While I got a free trial, I would not pay for this service. It was not as interactive as I would've thought. It was not I live course. The videos (or at least the lesson I did) were pre recorded and the questions that are asked do not matter to the subject since the teacher doesn't go over the answers. Now I don't expect every answer to be talked about but some interaction would be nice.
Had a similar experience. Bought shoes in the sale, wanted to return one pair and was told I will receive store credit. Sent the boots and still not received any store credit 2 months later. They’ve basically robbed me.
