    I bought these earrings with diamonds and sapphires, but they fell apart after only 1.5 years. The first earring broke into three pieces when it was dropped, and the second one fell apart while in a box. I took them to a jewellery repair shop and was told to avoid thin gold earrings if I want them to last. Not the most durable choice, overall.

    I had a really bad experience recently when I got sent the wrong item. The whole returns process was a total nightmare – there was no personal touch and it felt like it was taking forever. On top of all that, the thing I actually wanted didn't show up in time for an important event, so I ended up wasting loads of time, money, and effort.     Pet insurance claim

    I'm really disappointed with how long it's taking to get my pet insurance claim sorted. I sent it in back in January, and now it's almost April with still no sign of the reimbursement. It's been causing me a lot of stress and uncertainty, especially since my vet sent in another claim three weeks ago which is also stuck in limbo. I'm worried that if the money doesn't come through soon, I'll have to foot the bill myself, which I really can't afford.

    To make matters worse, Petwise only just acknowledged they received the claim today, even though my vet sent it directly to them three weeks ago. This doesn't exactly fill me with confidence in their efficiency and reliability. I'm scared that these delays will affect my ability to get my dog the medical care they need in the future, as the bills have to be paid on time. Honestly, I'm quite concerned about how Petwise handles claims and what it could mean for my pet's health.

So, when I got to the theatre, I had to explain the situation to the box office staff. They were able to confirm our booking, but at first, they wanted to send the tickets to my email, even though I explained I couldn't access it without a printed copy. After a bit of back and forth, they finally printed the tickets for us. The show itself was great, but the ticketing process was definitely a hassle that could have been avoided with better communication and service from LW.

    My time at the rental house was a real let-down. When I got there, it was so grubby and smelly, really not what I was hoping for. I was honestly quite surprised and upset that it wasn't up to scratch.

    Comfy shoes

    I've got these shoes and they are really comfy and look really cool. I wear them to school and everyone's like "where did you get those shoes?". I tell them, "I got them from that place that sells really awesome shoes". I wear them every day now because they are my absolute favourite shoes.

    Thickness planner

    As a small woodworking business, I've been really pleased with the tools I've bought from this company. The thickness planner I got is now one of my most important tools in the workshop. I'm really impressed with how durable and effective it is, it's made my woodworking projects much more efficient. I'm thinking about getting one of their jointers next, they seem like great tools to have. Even though I've been using a 1950s jointer, I think upgrading to a new one from this company would really help me improve my woodworking skills.

    Claim for cancelled flights due to medical issue

    I had to cancel my flights last minute because of a medical problem. I was really surprised by how simple it was to fill in the claim online and upload the necessary documents. It took 24 days from start to finish, but there wasn't any stress or unnecessary questions, except for the 8 days it took to get a form from my doctor. In general, I would definitely recommend their service.
