    We moved to a new place and I had to fix the new house. I needed some beautiful interiors that would give a great ambiance to the house. However, I needed to get an online store that sells the best. After going through all the options I was given, I decided to shop from LOT. I ordered some lighting, mirror, case goods, and rugs. Within a few weeks, it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted and the price quite affordable. I am satisfied with their products and will shop from them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend LOT to anyone looking to buy quality designer furniture, case goods, bed, and lighting.

    Flight experience

    My flight with this airline was really disappointing, to be honest. The customer service was not great, and the staff didn't seem very friendly. The plane was delayed, and the information they gave about the delay was wrong, which was really annoying. Also, my luggage seemed to have been handled badly, as a bottle of eye solution I had packed was broken when I got to where I was going. I wouldn't recommend this airline - you might want to check out other options, as my experience with them was not good at all.

    Inflexible meal options

    I was really disappointed with the lack of food options on my recent flight from Seoul to Warsaw. The journey lasted over 13 hours, but all they served us was pork for both meals, without any other choices. I don't eat pork, so I ended up feeling hungry throughout the whole flight. I found it quite surprising that an airline promoting Polish cuisine wouldn't offer any alternative options, especially when other airlines manage to cater for different dietary needs even without pre-orders. When I brought this up with the airline, they didn't seem interested in fixing the issue or finding a solution. Overall, this experience was frustrating and left me with a negative impression of this airline.

    Newsletter marketing fee and deposit for a bed

    I felt really let down by this company. I paid £25 for a newsletter I never got and another £25 in case the bed sold but wasn't sent. It's been nearly a year now, and I still haven't got the newsletter or had my bed marketed. I tried to get them to take the bed off the market and give me my deposit back, but they never got back to me. Not hearing from them and them not keeping their word has left me feeling really frustrated and unhappy.

    Lost baggage incident

    The company lost three of my bags while I was on holiday and when I tried to claim compensation, they said I had to do it within 28 days. This was really annoying because I was still on holiday and couldn't get online to fill out the forms. I phoned them many times but they wouldn't help at all. It wasn't just me - I saw lots of other people at the airport who had also lost their bags because of this company's mistakes. I really recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
