My experience with Raylo was really disappointing. When my lease was up, they told me to pay the last amount by invoice instead of Direct Debit. Last-minute family ski holiday to Flaine, France
We decided to have a last-minute family ski trip to Flaine, France just a week before we were due to leave. Our package didn't include transfers because we booked so late, but we managed to easily organise private transfers online. The place we stayed at, Les Terrasses d'Eos, was brilliant. The kids loved the outdoor heated pool and the fresh bakery deliveries every morning. It was a shame that we couldn't do ski in/ski out due to a lift closure, but they provided extra ski buses to make up for it. Getting our ski and snowboard gear was quick and easy, and picking up lift passes at Grand Platiers Station was a breeze. Our flights with Jet 2 from Leeds/Bradford to Geneva went really well with no problems at all. The Sunweb representative got in touch with us on WhatsApp to check everything was going smoothly and were always quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we wouldn't think twice about booking with them again.

I've been sending and getting emails back and forth, but it's all the same standard responses with no real actions taken to solve the issue. I've tried to provide all the details possible, I even contacted Steam, but they just keep blaming the customer and won't look at their own mistakes. It's really made me lose faith in Startselect, even though I've bought many steam gift cards from them and most times it was fine - until something went wrong. They just refuse to take any responsibility, claiming it's the fault of the customer, not theirs.

The Jet Hawk is really great because you don't have to connect it to an outside tap - I gave it a go straight away! I received the replacement parts, the filter is working fine now and there are no more leaks from the extender, but the plastic cover keeps slipping down the tube.

Product quality disappointment
I was pretty disappointed with the product I got as it wasn't up to scratch compared to what I thought it would be. It didn't meet my expectations at all and definitely wasn't worth the money I spent on it. I've bought much better quality items from other shops that sell similar things. Recent online order
I ordered something online recently and it was sent out within 2 days. It's been over a week now and I still haven't got it. I got an email saying it had been delivered, but it hasn't arrived to me. I tried to contact customer service for help but haven't heard back from them. After this, I wouldn't suggest using this online shop. It might be worth paying a bit more for a local service rather than dealing with this company in Turkey that doesn't seem to care about their customers. Any place that doesn't take care of their customer service should be steered clear of.

Reservation with cancellation up to one week before trip and includes breakfast
I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to cancel my reservation up to a week before my trip, and having breakfast included was a great bonus with my hectic schedule. The hotel being near the airport made my short stay much easier, and the room was nice and cosy. The staff were all really lovely and helpful, making my overall experience very pleasant.

Prostate health supplement
I bought a prostate health supplement from this company thinking it would help, but it didn't do anything. They told me I had to buy another product and use it for three months to see results, which ended up costing me over £150. Even though they promised a refund, I didn't notice any changes after three months. When I asked for my money back, they wouldn't stick to their word. In the end, I was let down, lost £200, and felt a bit silly for believing in them.

Bought shoes for my little cousin
I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my little cousin, which looked great but unfortunately didn't fit properly. I've been trying to contact the company via email numerous times, and they replied saying they would refund me within 5 days. Incorrect shoe delivery

Prom suit shopping
I took my son shopping for his prom suit, and the guy assisting us was called Ajad. He was really nice and helpful, and he seemed to know my son's size without even measuring him! Ajad didn't try to push us into buying the most expensive suit, which was great as I'm quite lost when it comes to men's clothing since my husband passed away. He gave my son some great advice on what tie would look good with the suit. It was a really pleasant experience, and I would definitely go back there again. A big thanks to him!

Garden shed purchase
I ordered a garden shed and when it arrived, it was missing two whole sections and hinges! I was really looking forward to having my own shed, but now I'm left with a half-built one getting soaked inside. I sent an email about it four days ago and still haven't received a response. I'm feeling really frustrated and let down, this is not the level of service I was anticipating. All I want is for my shed to be finished, but now I have no clue when that will be sorted. So even if you do not want any item , must visit this different world.
You will love this.I think you must have the wrong company,they don't supply any of the things you mention in the review. Ideal World have a horrific reputation in the UK,almost to the level of fraud - I understand they are taken to court on numerous occassions!! Check TrustPilot, and any other review site !!

Confirms exactly what the previous email messages sent to ideal world have stated, useless illiterate and stupid people who have no idea what they are doing and have no knowledge whatsoever about what customer services or being employed to carry out such a service entails and are incapable of thinking or carrying out any basic customer service actions such as reading a thread of emails to establish exactly what messages are about.
Until such times that ideal world returns its customer services to the UK to people who are actually capable of performing a customer services job then it will continue to loose customers and have such poor performances made clear to all and sundry of the risks that they are taking of the frustrations and losses incurred in resolving the receipt of damaged goods due to poor handling and packaging and the poorest of customer service handling. ABSOLUTE SHAMEFUL DISGRACEFUL AND PATHETIC MISHANDLING OF CUSTOMERS.
