    No positive all negative,I wanted to get my daughter a phone for her birthday so I received the SIM in January and I'm still waiting for the phone 7 months later they won't answer the phone or respon to my emails

    Any reviews on here that are good are from Employees this company is just a scam to get your money and never send you a phone. DO NOT HAVE A PHONE FROM THESE! they just keep taking your money and never send you a phone they say you have to pay a certain amount of weeks before they send you a phone but they never send it I'm a cancer patient thought I'd buy the wife a phone whilst lying in bed one night in hospital found these on search engine filled form in and waited and still waiting so far paid £440 11 weeks payment of 40£ this is for S10 and nothing phoned them up said if i pay another £160 today they could send me a iPhone 8 not even the phone i wanted reporting to trading standards .

    Very bad experience buying of this company not only have they took £360 out of my account they not issued a phone ,I have asked for a refund for which they said no as a mum with three disabled kids this is a lot of money for me to lose .this experience as been very upsetting to me and I advice people to think twice before ordering of this site

    I have been paying £40 a week for 8 weeks I phone them up today to see what’s happening with my phone and they put the phone down on me looks like they just take money off people will be going to trading standards about this no happy at alll

    Please avoid!!! I have had a nightmear with this company to cut a long story short my ex partner is an abuser/ control freak who set my car on fire outside my home in the middle of the day this was nearly 5 weeks ago! I have not been able to work since as I am a care assistant who works for an agency and works in different locations everyday! I have a support worker myself due to what I have been though with my ex partner with abuse, physically, mentally and financially due to this a support worker sent a letter to the company stating the facts of my case and what I had been though my ex partner targeted my car so I couldnt work and knew I would be left with nothing! We are in 2020 and still there is no understanding of domestic abuse and the troubles people face after. I have been left waiting weeks by this company every time I have contacted them I get told something different on every occasion I have explained I need a car for my job not even a courtesy car offered when asked I got refused but still in the mean time 2 weeks after I had made the claim I still have no car to drive a full months payment over £100 was taken out of my bank which I could not afford due to not being able to work and beung a single mother as I had already explained several times when contacting the company for an update, Pauline Alexander has been dealing with this claim and has dragged it out for as long as possible with no care at all everytime I speak to this person I get told something different! This person has no idea of how to do the job! as of today I am still waiting for a pay out with my next monthly payment coming soon for a car I don't have any longer. The only reason i have goven this review 1 star od because it wont let me leave them empty that's what this company deserves 0 star rating!!!

    It also took the company over a week to pick my burnt out vehicle up that was basically left on my door step with kids in the street playing with it I did advise the company of this to which I had no response, it took another week then for the people who picked my car up to give it to the insurance then also tired to send another company a week later for my car which already had been picked up by them that got me worrying. Never ever use bright side insurance!

    Maxi Cosi Rodifix

    Please do not buy from here!! I have an issue with my Maxi Cosi car seat constantly squeaking from the headrest, which is less than 1 month old. They firstly told me that issue was a design feature! and then that they won't be doing anything about it. Simon (the Director) told me that he had read the 5 plus emails I had sent them on this issue and that he isn't going to reply!!!

    Also, the car seat out of the Maxi Cosi box, with the tags removed and just inside a plastic back, Simon assured me that this is how they come...err no they don't! Again not willing to do anything.

    ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! Customer service is non-existent and as stated by Simon (the Director) they don't have a complaints procedure! Oh and apparently sending them emails asking for responses and stating your consumer rights is threatening behavior!

    I wish this would allow you to give 0 stars!!

    with customer service like this no wonder they don't have a twitter page!

    I am currently going through this! Customer service is shocking! Except I brought a car seat which is faulty!! My newborn baby’s head keeps flopping forward and they told me my car was UNFIT FOR PURPOSE not their seat and put the phone down!!

    disgusting company! you think you’ve committed to under £3 and suddenly you’ve spent £17. they promised me a full refund but they kept back £2 99 without any explanation. avoid!

    How did you get in contact with them for refund as this has happened to me, I paid out £1 for them to take another £17 off me the following day at 4am less than 24 hours ! I want my money back!
