7-day Spain tour package
My 7-day trip to Spain with that company was so much better than I expected. The place we stayed in and the breakfast spread were amazing, the tour guide and bus driver were brilliant, and the bus itself was comfy, clean, and felt safe. Though, I reckon the guide could have been a bit more chilled out, clearer in their communication, and taken more time during the tours.
Tour experience with Mr. Mark
The tour guide, Mr. Mark, was amazing! He made sure everything went smoothly and really made the trip memorable. But, the hotels could be better. I was a bit let down by the lack of Vegan/Vegetarian food options, which really limited my dining choices during the trip.
Overpriced tour with unprofessional guide
Our time with this tour company was an absolute letdown. Right from the start, the guide demanded that we fork out more than $1000 each for tickets and meals which weren't part of the original package. After looking into it, we discovered that some of those attractions were actually free or way cheaper. But despite us mentioning this, the guide kept pushing us to pay up. We ended up shelling out $902 for stuff we could've easily sorted out ourselves. What's more, the guide was just plain rude and disrespectful to us when we asked about the costs. Fed up, we left the tour early only to find the hotel they put us in was below par, with a leaky ceiling in our room.
