Quick delivery, friendly courier
My parcel turned up quicker than I thought, and it was a nice surprise. The delivery person was really nice and made sure I was happy with how the package looked. They even played with my puppy, which was a sweet gesture. Good customer service like that is hard to find, and Ryan, the delivery guy, really set the bar high for others to match.
I ordered auto parts from them twice. I never received a shipment or money back. This company is a fraud.
ECU control unit
Worst car part dealers in UK. Maybe you can get a bit cheaper parts. But all the trouble starts when you need to return them and get your money back, especially when they supplied faulty part. Had to wait more than 6 month to get my money back for faulty ECU control unit. Had to write about 30 emails asking what's happening with refund to them and every time they get back to me there was different person writing me telling that part is being sent for inspection and didn't told me how long it will take. After nearly a year received my money for faulty part, but didn't receive a compensation for labour for fitting faulty part. Please avoid that company if you can and don't want to waist your time and money. There is plenty much better car part dealers in UK. Thanks
