My experience with Buycarparts was a bit mixed, to be honest. I bought some parts from their website not long ago, and while they arrived on time, there was a big issue with compatibility. Basically, the website said the parts would fit my car, but they only might fit, and that caused me quite a bit of hassle. I had to really dig into the product page to see that they weren't actually compatible. It felt like they were trying to trick me into buying without giving me all the facts first. When I mentioned this to their customer service team, they did offer me a part that would work, but it made me feel a bit cautious about trusting their product listings in the future.
I ordered auto parts from them twice. I never received a shipment or money back. This company is a fraud.
ECU control unit
Worst car part dealers in UK. Maybe you can get a bit cheaper parts. But all the trouble starts when you need to return them and get your money back, especially when they supplied faulty part. Had to wait more than 6 month to get my money back for faulty ECU control unit. Had to write about 30 emails asking what's happening with refund to them and every time they get back to me there was different person writing me telling that part is being sent for inspection and didn't told me how long it will take. After nearly a year received my money for faulty part, but didn't receive a compensation for labour for fitting faulty part. Please avoid that company if you can and don't want to waist your time and money. There is plenty much better car part dealers in UK. Thanks
