Febi Bilstein brake discs and pads

I recently bought some Febi Bilstein brake discs and pads for the front of my car from Parts in Motion. The prices were great, and they arrived pretty quickly. What I liked was that the parts came with a 3-year warranty, giving me some peace of mind. The only issue was that when we opened the box, my mechanic noticed that one of the brake pads had lost its retaining clip, which seemed like a problem with quality control from the manufacturer.

But, the good thing was that Rico from Parts in Motion quickly gave me a refund for the faulty pads, showing top-notch customer service. I've been shopping at Parts in Motion for a while now, getting all sorts of parts for my Volvo which has quite a few miles on it. Whether it's shock absorbers or control arms, I've always trusted them to give me top-notch parts that keep my car running smoothly. What I really love is that my orders always come early and in perfect condition (always Febi Bilstein). The only problem I had was when one of the Tie Rod ends was damaged, but their customer service team sorted it out quickly and sent me a replacement right away. The staff are always sorry and really helpful if there are any issues, so shopping there is always a good experience. Faulty car sensor replacement

I bought a dodgy car sensor from Parts in Motion which conked out after just 5 months. But the customer service team were really helpful and quickly sent me a new replacement. To top it off, they even gave me a refund for the replacement part, which I wasn't expecting at all. I was really impressed with how they sorted everything out and made sure I was happy. I've been buying stuff off eBay quite often, and I've had quite a few dealings with this particular company. They've always looked after me, giving me top-notch customer service, good quality parts, and quick deliveries. Even when they did mess up once and sent the wrong bit, they sorted out the refund pretty sharpish. Coolant Thermostat for Ford Fiesta

I recently bought a new coolant thermostat for my Ford Fiesta from Parts in Motion and it arrived pretty quickly and was well wrapped up. However, when I took a closer look at it, I noticed that the thermostat housing seemed to have been messed about with - the brand name had partly been scratched off. After doing a bit of digging, I found out that the original brand was supposed to be Motorad, not the febi bilstein one that was actually sent. I got in touch with Parts in Motion about this more than two weeks ago, but I still haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing to get a product that's been messed with like that, and it's even worse not getting any response from the company.

However, there was a little hiccup when Royal Mail sent it to the wrong address. But the company sorted it out straight away by sending me a replacement. I've been buying car parts from this place for a good few years. They're really great at making sure you get the right parts, and if there's any issues, they sort it out quickly. I ordered a new backbox for my car and it came pretty fast. The quality was top-notch, but I did have a little problem with how it fit. The customer service team were really helpful though, and they sorted it out for me quickly.

Clutch kit

Avoid. Order a clutch kit, they send the wrong one (on there website and Ebay said is the correct one), fitted to car, not good, almost destroyed my gear box, sent it back, didn't want to refund me as it was signs of use. Very rude customer service, didn't want to compensate me as is clearly there fault. In the end spend £700 more then i should. Took my money from Visa claim. Now I take them to court for labour costs compensation as this is unexplainable.

Febi Bilstein brake splash shield, BMW, fitment issue, modification required
