I bought an orchid in a pot from the florist recently, with the idea of sending it as a birthday gift to Leeds. But, when it arrived, the pot was all smashed up. I got in touch with customer service and they gave me the choice of getting a refund or having a new one sent out. I went for the refund and got £20 back, since I had already found a new pot to put the plant in. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't send the whole thing back and I felt really down about the messed up birthday pressie. I don't reckon I'll be using that florist again, it's a shame I can't let them see how wrecked the pot was in the photo.

My time with Sunglass Hut turned out alright in the end. I found their website really handy as I could check out loads of different sunglasses styles virtually before heading into the actual store. But, when I popped in to grab my order, I wasn't too chuffed with the service I received. I had to request help to try on the glasses and the staff member didn't even offer to clean them before I tried them on. I thought a shop that focuses on sunglasses would be more on the ball when it comes to giving customers a top-notch and dedicated service.

Top and Pant Order Mishap
I bought a top and some trousers from this fashion shop not long ago, and oh my days, it was an absolute nightmare. I asked for an Xsmall size for the trousers, but they sent me an X-Large instead. What's even worse is that I had to go back to my country before I could sort it out while I was still in Italy. I tried to get in touch with them about the mistake, but they wouldn't take the trousers back without me footing the bill for the postage. It's so annoying and disheartening to have to deal with a company like that.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here, even if it's for your favourite team. I thought I was making a good choice by purchasing a hat from this place, but I was totally mistaken. The quality is terrible, it appears as if they hastily put it together and just stuck a logo on it. On top of that, the price is ridiculous! £25 for this poorly made hat? I could have found a much better one at a cheaper store. Save your money and look for your merchandise somewhere else, you'll thank me later.

Customer Services just said sorry, but they didn't offer any compensation for the wages I lost waiting around. All in all, it was a total waste of my time and money.

I've been a loyal customer of this place for over 20 years, but I have to say, the entertainment has really gone downhill. It's such a shame because I love the scenery and the caravans are usually great, but the evening entertainment is just not up to scratch. In the past, we would spend our evenings at the show bar, but now we find ourselves making our own fun in the caravan. Recently, at Little Sea, we decided to give the show a chance since they advertised an illusionist. Let me tell you, it was beyond shocking. I was so disappointed and underwhelmed. This has led me to start looking at other options for short breaks next year. Haven really needs to step up their game and improve the quality of their entertainment.

1) Ordered a product on 19.04.22
2) Reached out to customer service on 02.05.22 as it had still not been delivered (2 weeks)
3) Received a response on 04.05.22 that it would take another 2 weeks
4) Requested cancellation & refund of the order, as I couldn’t wait any longer and ordered it from somebody else
5) Several back and forth conversations later, it was finally confirmed to be cancelled and refunded on 06.05.22
6) It took several more emails and me saying I would reach out to Master Card to get my money back if they didn’t process the refund now, until today 10.06.22 I finally got my money back
7) Total duration of process: 2 months!
8) Emails sent: round about 10!

On the last boxing Day, I wanted to surprise my husband and my two sons with a gift so I started brainstorming on what I was going to give them. I wanted to give them something that would last and be of good quality so I thought of getting them jewelry in form of wrist watches. I asked a fellow colleague where I could get wrist watches because I saw her using a very fascinating wrist watch. Then she told me about Uhrcentre. Uhrcentre was where I was able to purchase quality wrist watches for my husband and my two sons. And when they opened the box they were so overjoyed to have received such a gift. Only recently started a couple of courses but the content appears to be exactly what I was looking for. Really looking forward to completing the remainder of the course.
I have started 2 courses with Shaw Academy recently, both on vastly different topics and it seems like a really good platform to use to up-skill.
Would prefer to see content that I can view anytime of the week. 2 classes per week restriction doesn’t make sense. I wanna be able to take classes everyday of the week if I want. I’d like that kinda flexibility in the course that I take
I am currently taking a course in project management and so far the lectures, slides, notes and quiz has been of tremendous help. The objective of the course was outlined and the classes are rich in content. I can say now that i am more knowledgeable about the course and can relate it to my organisation.
Content was good for an introduction/overview. The hour run off without noticing. Looking forward to review more content after I finish my current course

I have embarked on the Professional Diploma in Nutrition. I am very impressed at the quality of the presentation. I love the fact that it is interactive. The questions you are asked throughout helps revise and embed the information received, checking that you have understood correctly and highlighting areas you might want to go back and revise.
