Flight schedule change
My flight plans suddenly changed, so I had to change my parking reservation too. Chloe from customer service was a star! She helped me out quickly and knew exactly what to do. She was so professional and smoothly dealt with everything. I really appreciated her support during what could have been a stressful situation.
Used our car when it was meant to be parked
Dropped off our car to Heathrow Terminal 3 at the contracted place in the drop-off area, to be called by the company to move to a drive through road so they didn't have to pay the £5 drop-off fee which was included in the price.
Picked up the car three days later to find they have been driving it around and done over 70miles, and used half a tank of petrol.
Spoke to the police who said this happens a lot with these cheap meet and greet services, and to contact a solicitor - which we now are.Scam rip off company
DO NOT USE, I asked if it was possible to cancel my booking a full refund due to Coronavirus. I received a reply saying they would hold it as a credit. I then said why isn't it possibly for a full refund as I could then book a new booking myself. I then received a further email stating they were cancelling my booking minus a £10 fee. AT NO POINT HAD I AUTHORISED A CANCELLATION what they are doing is theft and I will be taking legal action against them

Flight has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. Airport website states promo code will be provided. So called for a promo code as made a non-flex booking and knew I wasn’t getting a refund, but they refused to provide one. Said they are following instructions given by the NCP, called the NCP and was told no such instructions were given. Staff were very rude spoke to Karen at first and she kept interrupting me as I was speaking and then cut the call when I raised my voice in annoyance to this. Called back and spoke to Eilzabeth Seddon, calls herself a director (more like general manager) she was also very rude and patronising. JOKE OF A COMPANY
