Car park booking query
I recently needed some information about my car park booking arrival time, so I decided to get in touch with the company through their online chat system. I wanted to check if there was a specific deadline after the booked time, and that's when I was connected with Ceri. She was really helpful, friendly, and polite the whole time we were chatting. Her answers were really clear and to the point, which made things a lot easier for me. When it seemed like the car park wasn't responding, Ceri took the initiative to contact me by phone and email the next day with the information I needed. I was relieved to find out that there wasn't actually a deadline for me to arrive after the booked time.
Ceri's customer service really went above and beyond, it definitely exceeded my expectations. It's made me feel more confident about using online chat for communication in the future. I was trying to book a car park space for my holiday trip, you know? I did it ages ago, but then I couldn't find the email confirmation. I thought I messed up big time, so I tried booking it again. Chloe sorted out my credit card issue and even managed to book me in at the original price. Turns out, they already had my booking from months ago, which is why my payment kept failing. Silly me!

I had to make some changes to my parking booking the other day, but I couldn't work out how to do it online. So, I thought I would try the chat function and got connected to a lovely customer service rep called Chloe. She was an absolute lifesaver! Chloe replied almost instantly and not only sorted out the changes I needed but also sent me a new booking confirmation straight away. I was really impressed by how quick, courteous, and helpful she was from start to finish. Thanks to Chloe, what could have been a bit of a headache turned out to be a breeze.
Lost my car park ticket
I lost my car park ticket, but luckily Ceri was able to help me track it down and send it back to me promptly and efficiently. I've had a positive booking experience here before, and the price was actually cheaper than if I had booked directly. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Karen, in particular, made me feel more relaxed by confirming that our booking had been made successfully. When we arrived, the staff were efficient and friendly, showing us exactly where to park. The bus driver also gave us useful information as we were first-time flyers leaving from Edinburgh Airport. All in all, I was impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail from the team. I would definitely suggest this service to anyone flying from Edinburgh Airport.

Airport parking booking
I recently had a bit of a nightmare with my airport parking booking. I'd sorted out a spot for my upcoming trip, only to get an email three days before my flight saying that the car park was no longer available and my booking was off. This left me in a bit of a pickle trying to find somewhere else to park last minute, and I ended up having to fork out for pricey parking elsewhere. I was pretty miffed at the lack of consideration for my convenience, especially as there were still loads of spaces on the website. The company could've easily sorted out alternative parking for me, but they just decided to cancel my booking with no other options offered. However, I got a call from a representative later on who told me that the cancellation was because the car park operator had gone out of business. FHR, the booking agent, not the car park provider, had loads of cancellations and had sent out a general email before getting in touch with affected customers. They offered to sort out an alternative parking solution, and even cover any extra costs involved. By the time they reached out to me, I'd already made other arrangements, but I did appreciate the effort and service they provided in trying to fix the situation.
Booking airport parking
I always use these guys to book my airport parking because they offer discounted rates and top-notch customer service. Just the other day, I had to make some changes to my booking because my holiday plans suddenly changed. Chloe and Karen were so helpful in helping me with the adjustments. The whole thing was done quickly, with a friendly approach, and was really straightforward. I would definitely recommend them!
Missed booking confirmation
I had a dreadful experience with this parking service. I didn't get any booking email or text message, and only realised I hadn't received confirmation over the weekend when we left. I tried to log in but had issues with the hidden login area - it wouldn't recognise my password and email address, and there was no option to reset my account. Customer service is non-existent on weekends, and I couldn't contact any car parks in the Stansted area. When we arrived, we couldn't find our booking and had to rebook at a much higher last-minute price with another company. Fhr sent confirmation the following Tuesday, which was pointless as we had already flown on Saturday. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and uncaring. Other booking companies have ways to contact someone and send reminders - not this one. I am now claiming through my credit card as they did not deliver what was paid for. Do yourself a favour and avoid this terrible company, even if it means paying more elsewhere. I wish I had.

Used our car when it was meant to be parked
Dropped off our car to Heathrow Terminal 3 at the contracted place in the drop-off area, to be called by the company to move to a drive through road so they didn't have to pay the £5 drop-off fee which was included in the price.
Picked up the car three days later to find they have been driving it around and done over 70miles, and used half a tank of petrol.
Spoke to the police who said this happens a lot with these cheap meet and greet services, and to contact a solicitor - which we now are.
