Renewal policy and pricing
The renewal letter was really clear and included all the details of my policy, which was great. They also mentioned extra cover options, which was really helpful. The price was surprisingly reasonable, especially if you pay annually. I'm just hoping their service lives up to the quality of their communication when I actually need it!
Faulty battery and alternator replacement
Don't worry about the scary title, my engine didn't really die. It was just the battery and alternator playing up and needing to be changed. Luckily, a mechanic showed up at my house quickly and sorted out getting my car to a nearby repair shop. I was really happy with the service I got, it was quick and easy.
full breakdown cover
DO NOT USE!!! OR read _alk_ of the small print as these guys will not support you directly. They use third party call centres who will not, in any way, support if there is the slightest query.
They are ... if you need them to come out for say, a flat, when you are stranded in the middle of Cornwall with kids in the back. Misleading, terrible communication from the company, sympathy from the call centre ladies. Doesn't get me cover when I needed it though - which was supposed to be full cover.
