I live in Oxfordshire, so I can't pop into one of Health Rack's actual shops which is a shame. However, I had a great experience with their website. As Easter was coming up, I needed to top up my CBD oil supply quickly. So, on a Wednesday afternoon, I had a look online and found Health Rack. I was really impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were when I called them. They made ordering a breeze. I was amazed when my order arrived in less than 24 hours, just in time for the long weekend. Even though I usually like to see things in person before buying, my positive experience with Health Rack has shown me that their online service is top-notch. If I ever find myself up north, I'll definitely make sure to visit one of their shops.

I've been dealing with some knee pain, you know, from this mild arthritis I've got. The prescription meds weren't doing much for me, so I decided to pop into Health Rack for some advice. Recent order disappointment
I was really let down by my recent order from this company. I've been a customer for a while now, both in-store and online, but this time the service was really disappointing. I didn't get any confirmation after placing my order, so I had to get in touch with them myself. They explained there was an IT issue and that my order was sent second class that day. A week passed and still no sign of my order, so I contacted them again. They said they would check with Royal Mail. Thankfully, my order finally turned up the next day. They could have easily sent it first class to make up for their mistake, but they didn't. This whole experience has made me reconsider ordering from them again, especially since there are better deals elsewhere.

I recently bought some stuff on a special deal, but then I wanted to swap them for something else. Turns out, the company doesn't do refunds or exchanges, even for stuff that's in perfect condition. They said it's because they're a small business and need to make money, which I think is pretty silly and unfair. I'm really let down by their policy and won't be going back there again.

Health supplements
I'm a customer at Health Rack, and recently I bought some health supplements from their website. I was really impressed by the variety of products they had, so I decided to take advantage of a weekend promotion and placed two orders. But then, to my surprise, I found out that one of my orders had been cancelled without any warning. After looking into it, I realised there was a mistake in the total amount due to a technical issue on the website. It was annoying to see that my second order was cancelled just because of this error, especially since both orders were exactly the same. The fact that the company didn't communicate this properly and was inconsistent in their actions was really disappointing and made me think twice about them. I expected better customer service and honesty from a well-known health supplement seller like Health Rack, so now I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again.
