Darkening blind for children's room
I've just got a new blackout blind for my kid's room and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. The bits all feel solid and well put together, and the video showing how to fit it was dead easy to follow. It fits spot-on in the window, making the room proper dark so my little one knows it's bedtime - especially handy in the summer when the sun goes down late. The only downside was having to wait ages for it to arrive, but it was definitely worth it. I'm well chuffed with my buy and I'll definitely be getting more stuff from this company again.

I took back the t-shirt because it was the wrong size, but I never received the replacement or any explanations. I'm really disappointed because now my order has been cancelled. It's fine if there were issues with the stock, but it would have been better to be kept informed rather than being left clueless and without my money. I tried to get in touch with them on Instagram as they suggested, but I was redirected to the website where it's not easy to contact them. Eventually, I managed to chat with someone online and they informed me that my item had been cancelled and I had been refunded. They acknowledged that I must be frustrated, but obviously, I wasted more time for no good reason!

I can't believe the nerve of this company! I placed an order and they went and cancelled it because they suddenly had doubts about its authenticity. But hold on a minute, didn't they tell me it was authentic when I specifically checked with them before placing the order? It's crazy how they didn't even consider the hassle I've been through, especially now that Black Friday deals are no longer on offer.

I've just bought some new clothes and bits and bobs from your shop. Got everything from hoodies to t-shirts, jackets to body warmers, and even stocked up on some essentials like 1st aid kits, dry bags, flasks, and beanies. I've been really impressed with how good quality and long-lasting everything is. Although one thing, the winter cap, was a bit too small for me, it turned out to be the perfect gift for my grandson who absolutely loves it.

I recently ordered some supplements from this shop, and I have to admit I got a bit muddled up when I was placing my order. Instead of getting just two items, I accidentally ended up with six. Even though it was my mistake, I decided to just keep all six because it means I won't have to place another order for a while. Coach holiday experience review
Unfortunately, our recent coach holiday was a bit of a disaster. We had to wait in Dover for ages before finally getting on the ferry a whopping 9 hours late. Then, when we changed drivers in France to Kelvin and Prem, we ended up stuck in Belgium overnight because they couldn't keep going. So, we lost a whole day of our trip. The two drivers didn't seem to get along, with Kelvin being quite patronising towards Prem. It made the atmosphere on the coach tense, with them arguing and complaining about each other. The timings were all over the place too, which just added to the frustration.
But, despite all this, the accommodation and food were actually really good, and we enjoyed the tours. On the way back, we found out last minute that we had to leave at 10 am instead of later in the day, meaning we missed out on more time in Poland. To top it off, there was a problem with the toilet that left us without access for a while, and we didn't have many drinks because of water shortages. Also, Kelvin made a point of mentioning tips, which was unexpected as it hadn't been a thing on our previous Shearings trips. Overall, even though we've had good trips with this company before, this one will stick in our minds for all the wrong reasons.Review about: Vinatis

I have to admit, I was pretty chuffed with the choice of wines on the bin end list. It was a lovely surprise to come across top-notch wines at reduced prices. I ended up buying three bottles of a fancy white wine that I'd had my eye on for a bit. Ordering was a piece of cake and the whole process was simple to follow, so it was stress-free. The delivery of my order went without a hitch, which was a weight off my shoulders. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and the service I got from the company.

So I ordered this sofa from this company yeah? Was meant to arrive on Monday but nope, didn't happen. Then I rearranged for today and waited forever for it to turn up. I've never come across such rude and arrogant staff in a store before. The service here is absolutely terrible, let me tell you. The staff act like they're doing you a favour just by acknowledging your existence. It's a shame because the products are actually quite nice, but having to deal with such awful employees ruins the whole experience. I wish I could give them 0 stars, 1 star is too generous. The staff are so disrespectful and show no appreciation for the customers. Especially that one Asian man, I don't know how he still has a job with his attitude. Buying sunglasses at this store feels like a punishment. Remember, it takes years to gain a customer's loyalty, but only a second to lose one, and they have definitely lost one here.

We ordered a personalized youth jersey in youth size Large and received a youth size medium. Customer service could only be reached via email... there was no number to call. They would not make the exchange claiming that the UK youth size large I ordered (I literally chose the "large" size from the drop down menu and my order form says UK youth size large) corresponds to a UK medium. There seemed to be absolutely NO reasoning to this... I ordered a size large and expected the jersey to say "large." If they want their "large" to correspond to "medium" dimensions, then it should be listed that way on the sizing drop down menu. Also, the personalized print color did not match the other print. Looked like a total fake. Spent $100 and was a total waste of money. Do NOT order from this shop. Inconsistent sizing, poor print quality, and extremely poor customer service.

I was reading the reviews and had to write. I have had really good results from my dealings with Create and Craft over the years. I don't use them every time but have bought a few things including bigger, more money items like the Scan n Cut and a Brother sewing machine. Their offers can be really good. I know If I had craft shops or habberdashers nearby I would probably use them but for convenience look online. Have ordered today. Might have been lucky but so far so good. Thank you

My husband and I ordered two separate orders for weights. Yes, they were pre-orders, however in the eyes of the law a pre-order does not exist. We received an email to say that the weights had been dispatched. Now back to law, when you submit an order you are offering to enter into a legally binding contract. If they then tell you the item is dispatched, then they have formed a legally binding contract.
My husband emailed them, and they just keep on sending an automatic reply. We then called and no response. I read from the terms and conditions. This is where I found their company name. It appears as though, however please note I cannot confirm this, they are taking “pre-orders” for stock they do not. In addition, they also appear to be listing this across all the above websites.
When they are contacted the phoneline does not connect to a person and advices you to email them Okay, we under during the pandemic that this could be viable. We sent emails to both email addresses and received the same automated reply.
Given the pandemic and many people are looking the types of products they sell. This is a disgrace. Please stay clear of this company. It is poorly organised and unresponsive.
I would like to advise people to contact their bank, credit card provider or whichever company you used to pay. They can claim your money back, because they have breached the contract and have denied your statutory rights.
In addition, please contact trading standards.What about if they arnt answering emails for an item to be returned within the 14 day cancellation period... How would I go about this

Exercise bike
Received the exercise bike I ordered. I thought it was a joke once erected but obviously not. Firstly item was delayed. The bike itself Is only big enough for a child, made of cheap plastic although the description states for people under 5”11, I’m 5”4 yet my knees come way above the handles when they’re not slamming into them .
Now in your the ‘customer service’. Basically there isn’t any. Once I realised the item wasn’t what I expected I have TRIED to get some direction to return this item and get a refund. I have emailed them 6 times yet only get an auto email 2 DAYS later, I thought auto emails were sent directly after not 2 days later. The auto response informs me of orders and cancellations no information on how to actually get a refund.
To use COVID as the reason for lack of response?!?! Disgraceful! They managed to take payment and get the item out ON THE SAME DAY but not acknowledging my request to return and get a refund?!?! Not very professional I have not experienced such negligence with an online shop until now. For anyone reading this I recommend purchasing from elsewhere Unless you like cheap useless equipment and an even worse customer service........ if there Actually is one as not had any Real communication with anyone there. I will be seeking advice to obtain my refund and obviously letting the unsuspecting viewers/buyers aware that there are much better websites with humans who are happy and willing to assist you no matter what the concern is. UK SPORT IMPORTS are not a proper business obviously so do not buy from them bless you like being ripped off. Simple!I think I've maybe got the same exercise bike as the 1 you have explained and I to am still waiting on them replying to my 6 emails I have sent.... Its an absaloute disgrace and if I don't hear back while I'm still in my 14 day cancellation period I maybe will have no choice other than to seek legal advice as clearly the product is not suitable
