I needed my boiler fixed not too long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with the way YourRepair handled everything. The person I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. They were quick to assure me that they would take care of my issue in a timely and professional manner. I was given all the details about the different options and costs without any trouble, which I found really helpful. The service I received was fantastic and the work was carried out with real care and expertise. I am very thankful for the outstanding service I got from YourRepair.
Boiler repair service
The guy who came to fix our boiler was really great. He pointed out a grimy part that was all blocked up and even showed us a photo of another one he fixed. He sorted out the high pressure issue without trying to push us into getting a new boiler like the previous person did. He said we didn't need a new one just yet. Plus, he kindly gave us a key for bleeding our radiators. Such a nice and knowledgeable guy, not arrogant at all. Really pleased with his work!

Fantastic service. They always keep me in the loop and let me know what's going on. The engineers have all been really quick to respond and know their stuff. It's good to know that my boiler is working perfectly.
Leaking toilet repair
I'm gutted to say this is the third time the engineer has been over to fix my leaky toilet. Every time I flush, there's a leak and I figured it must be the pipe going into the toilet or the flange it's sitting on causing the problem. Each time, including the last visit, the engineer just put the pipe back in place and said it shouldn't happen again. I'm not feeling too reassured anymore though, seeing as the same problem has popped up twice now.
The service from the repair company and the engineer has been great, they've always been quick to respond and came to check things out on the same day. Everyone has been polite, so I'm really hoping the issue is sorted now.Yearly boiler check
I recently had my boiler checked out for the year and I have to say, I was really impressed with the company and the engineers. Your Repair was great at keeping me in the loop, giving me a week's notice for the appointment. Kevin, the engineer, was lovely on the phone when he rang to let me know when he'd be arriving. He was really polite, friendly, and made sure to keep things clean as he worked. I was worried about my radiators, but Kevin took the time to talk me through everything and even gave me some tips on how to keep an eye on them. All in all, I'm really happy with the service from Your Repair and their brilliant engineers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in need of similar help.
Quick, responsive, efficient
This company is brilliant because you can actually have a chat with someone easily without being kept on hold for ages. When I needed help, they were really quick to get back to me. Bobby, the engineer who came to sort out my boiler, was speedy and friendly. I'd definitely suggest them to all my friends!

I got in touch with the company the other day for a boiler repair, and I must say, I had a really nice chat with their sales team. This guy called Liam was the one helping me out, and he was so friendly and took the time to explain all about YourRepair's services. He patiently answered all my questions and even sent me all the info I needed via email. It really helped me figure out if their service was the right choice for me. All in all, I was pretty happy with how well the sales team communicated and their level of professionalism.
Fixing the tap
The plumber, Lee, was fantastic! He really knew his stuff and didn't just suggest buying a new tap like all the other useless plumbers we've had in the past. We could definitely do with more Lees in this world!
Boiler service signed up, no service done
I signed up for a boiler service in May, but weeks have passed and I still haven't received any service! The engineers they sent were not keen and didn't bother responding to messages or calls. In fact, one of them had his business shut down and his gas safety certificate had wrong information. I would advise being cautious with this company, as they don't seem reliable and come across as inexperienced. Thankfully, I managed to cancel the 12-month contract they require you to commit to!
Quick call response and same day fix
So, yeah, I had this problem and I gave them a ring, and they proper got back to me in no time at all! Can you believe it? They actually sent someone round to sort it out on the same day! I mean, how cool is that? The fella who came was dead friendly and he sorted everything out really quickly. I was well impressed with the service, I would definitely give them another shout if I had any other issues.

I was really happy with the service I got from YourRepair. To start with, when I booked it, they got in touch quickly to sort out a time that worked for me. The engineer turned up on time and was really polite and professional. The service itself was done quickly and I was impressed with how professional the engineer was.
Switched from British Gas to a new supplier
I wasn't sure about changing from British Gas, I've been with them for years, but I'm really pleased I did. YourRepair has gone above and beyond with their amazing service. The engineer, Martin, was really professional, knew his stuff, and got the job done during the annual check. I'd definitely suggest their services to anyone after a dependable and honest supplier.
Quick boiler service
So, we had this bloke called Tony come round to sort out our boiler. It was a bit of a mission to get him booked in 'cos his van conked out, but when he finally arrived, he cracked on with the job pretty swiftly. Tony did his thing, got the boiler sorted, and we were sorted. Overall, not too shabby at all.

I was really disappointed with the service I received from this company. The work done by the engineers was inconsistent and not very effective. Even though I always paid my fees on time, my job requests were often rejected or not completed properly. One time, an engineer came to fix my boiler but didn't finish the job and didn't explain why. This kind of service is not acceptable and has left me feeling unhappy. I won't be suggesting this company to anyone I know.
Boiler insurance with annual check-up
So I came across this insurance that actually includes a yearly check-up for the boiler and I have to admit, it's really impressive! It's such good value for money as it works out cheaper than paying for a separate call-out for the boiler check. I first heard about it from Martin Lewis MSE around 18 months ago and thought I'd give it a try. Both check-ups went well and it's essential to maintain the warranty for the new boiler. I'm genuinely pleased with the service!
Quick and easy sign up
I found signing up for the service to be really easy, didn't take me long at all. I was quite impressed with how straightforward it was to get started. The only thing I thought could be improved was if they had an app available, it would make managing my account even more convenient.

Terrible company! In our opinion... A one-man-band that uses bogus T&Cs to avoid their contractual obligations. Cant get our annual boiler service he doesn't want to pay for it! Squirmy, slippery, specious...... to be avoided absolutely!

An engineer called to look at leaky valves on bathroom rad.
Engineer said he did not have valves and will need it authorised, he also stated slight corrosion.
Company rejected claim saying sludge.
Spoke to engineer, have recording of him confirming that he did not mention sludge, also website worksheet had no mention.
Spoke to company and they said recording could be anyone, said they could confirm with engineer, they said no as they had his report.
Put in another claim as boiler would not fire up.
Claim rejected as sludge in system, I stated that this was not so, and even if there was, this would not prevent boiler start up.
I was told that I was not an engineer and that it would.
Asked to speak to supervisor, was told I could not as she was right and that the supervisor would say the same.
Still requested, but she would not pass me to her supervisor.
Called a private individual, who said that the reason for boiler failing to start was due to the gas supply being turned off and water valve also turned off. He confirmed sludge would not prevent start up.
All radiators were heating up and he said there was no sludge. However he had to drain the system to change valves. I took a video showing connection and clean flow of water
Phoned the company and asked if they could speak to engineer, they declined.
Posted my dissatisfaction on Google review, had response to contact them.
After discussing for 10m or so, was told being transferred to claims. Disconnected immediately.
Called .back after a long wait and repeating complaint, was told a claim would only be considered without paperwork. I stressed that this was done as a private job due to considerable cost.
Whilst they could not refund the costs they should allow me to cancel the contract with a full refund, as a claim had been made.
I offered tape recoding of their engineer and video recoding of system being drained, which was not acceptable.
All future claims would also be rejected, until system has been flushed at independent report. This does not need doing, and the cost of it, means better to go back to British Gas. Their service was faultless.
Anyone considering using this company, please consider carefully.Landlords Cover
Worst cover I've ever had.
They refused to go to the tenant,because tenant never knew where in the bathroom the leak was coming from. Your Repair refused to remove a bath panel to fix a find and find a leak.
I'll never use them again.
