I struggled a bit at first to find my way around the website because of some technical problems, but once that was all sorted out, I got some quick and useful answers from possible sitters. Before I hired someone to look after my Yorkie, Wyatt, I arranged to meet them in person. The caretaker from Rover, Jessie, really impressed both me and Wyatt with how caring she was. On the day of the service, she looked after Wyatt really well and played with him until he was worn out. I will definitely be asking her to help out again.

I was waiting at the airport for more than an hour before I managed to reach out to the company on their WhatsApp group. Nobody told me beforehand about the delivery being delayed, and I ended up paying extra to get in touch with the dealer. The car I got wasn't the one I asked for, and the paperwork was a real hassle. On top of that, I had to pay an extra deposit at the counter. All in all, I wouldn't recommend using this service.

I recently bought a plant from Waitrose Garden, but unfortunately, when it arrived on Friday, I found that it was in bad shape and seemed to be sick. So, I got in touch with customer service right away to sort things out. They asked me to send emails with pictures of the plant, which I did. But despite sending several emails to both Crocus and Waitrose Garden in the last two weeks, all I've got back are just acknowledgements that they got my emails. It's a bit disappointing that they haven't done more to address my complaint, and it makes me wonder how well their customer service really works. It would have been better if they had been more helpful and quick to fix the problem. I hope that in the future, their customer service team will be better at communicating and solving problems efficiently.

I recently bought the Kettler Palma cushion storage box from Garden Furniture World, and I have to say I'm really let down by the whole experience. This was a real surprise to me because when I bought it, the item was definitely available, and it was even on a special offer at the time. It seems like the company never had any intention of actually sending me my order and was basically tricking customers by taking payments for items they didn't have. I'm really worried about how dishonest and shady this company is, and I'm thinking about taking legal action to deal with their deceitful behaviour. I'd advise anyone else thinking about buying from Garden Furniture World to be really careful.

I recently bought two pairs of shoes online. It didn't go smoothly at all, to be honest. First off, one of the pairs I wanted wasn't actually available, so I had to pick another. Then, when the parcel eventually turned up after two long weeks, I was gutted to see that only one pair was inside. After getting in touch with customer service and sending over photos of the missing pair, they told me it was out of stock too, which is why it wasn't sent. I tried to swap for different shoes, but the customer service team seemed a bit all over the place and slow to respond. Eventually, they said they'd refund me, but the amount they gave back was less than what I'd originally paid. It was so frustrating and disappointing, the whole thing.

I was really annoyed when Evri lost my parcel, but I have to say that the customer service team at Cotton Traders did a great job by sending a replacement quickly when I got in touch with them. The only downside was that I had to ask for next day delivery as I had already waited for so long. In my view, when the delivery company messes up, they should automatically offer next day delivery to make up for the inconvenience to the customer. Also, I was disappointed to see that the everyday crops I ordered had been 'redesigned' and didn't fit as well as before. As a long-time customer, I expected better from Cotton Traders in terms of product consistency and quality.

We recently had a lovely break at a quaint beach house in Overstrand. The location was just right, and the accommodation was nice and clean. Overall, it was okay for a midrange greenhouse, but the quality could have been better.
