I was really happy with the service I got when buying a SIM card from this company. The person helping me, let's call them my representative for privacy, was so helpful and knew their stuff. They kept me updated on the latest products without being too salesy, which I liked. The SIM card I bought has been really popular with customers, and my representative even told me about a bonus scheme that added an extra £4 to my purchase, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I couldn't fault the service I got at all.
Quick and efficient service
I just bought something and the service I got was really good, quick and efficient. The person helping me was friendly and even asked if I wanted anything else to make my experience better. They made sure I had everything I needed, going the extra mile. Couldn't have asked for better help, really.

Burnt tasting vapes with broken silicone tabs
The vapes were awful, they tasted burnt and seemed dodgy because of the broken silicone tabs. The quality was rubbish, not worth the money at all. I bought them from a store but didn't get a receipt, so I couldn't send them back online. I'd steer well clear of this brand.
