I was really happy with the service I got when buying a SIM card from this company. The person helping me, let's call them my representative for privacy, was so helpful and knew their stuff. They kept me updated on the latest products without being too salesy, which I liked. The SIM card I bought has been really popular with customers, and my representative even told me about a bonus scheme that added an extra £4 to my purchase, which was a nice bonus. All in all, I couldn't fault the service I got at all.

The Jucce Max blue razz flavour was amazing, it totally blew me away with its delicious taste and how smooth it was. Disappointing purchase
I made the mistake of trying out this product recently, and honestly, it was a total letdown. The first puff had no taste at all, and then it just tasted burnt, making me feel like gagging. I really can't comprehend how this brand is even allowed to be on shelves - it's truly disgusting. And don't even get me started on those fake positive reviews that are clearly written by the company's employees. It's so obvious, especially when they all mention customer service or sales reps. I believe I should get a refund for this awful experience.

Faulty product, disappointing experience
I bought a new product from the shop, hoping to enjoy it but it ended up having a burnt taste that I couldn't fix. I tried using different pods but no luck, it was a waste of money and I couldn't return it. Not worth it, I should have gone for a better option.

I've been getting liquid stock refills for a good few years and I've got to say, Dave, our representative, does a cracking job. He pops by regularly to top up the stand and he's always friendly and chatty. The liquid stock itself is top quality - never had a problem with it.

Burnt tasting vapes with broken silicone tabs
The vapes were awful, they tasted burnt and seemed dodgy because of the broken silicone tabs. The quality was rubbish, not worth the money at all. I bought them from a store but didn't get a receipt, so I couldn't send them back online. I'd steer well clear of this brand.
