Review about: Fenwick
Women's Winter Coat
I bought a ladies' winter coat from Fenwick recently, but I've been really let down by the whole thing. I ordered it more than a week ago, and even though they said there'd be a delay because of a warehouse move, they still haven't sent it out. The fact that they haven't kept me informed about the stock situation is really unprofessional and annoying. It looks like they might be selling stuff they don't actually have, which isn't on for a well-known store like Fenwick.

Begonia plug plants via voucher deal
I recently ordered some plug plants online and I was really let down by the delayed delivery. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, all I got was excuses about them being super busy and not being able to find my order. It's annoying to see other orders going through smoothly while mine was stuck. It's clear they don't really care about keeping customers happy. Now that my order has finally been sent out, I'm thinking about refusing delivery because the way they want to deliver it just doesn't make sense.

I bought a rug towards the end of last year and it's turned out to be a disaster. After only about 4 months of use, the rug looks like it's been through the wars. The fibres are all matted and it's a nightmare to try and vacuum it. I didn't expect this from a rug that's still quite new. I'm really disappointed with the quality and feel like I've been conned.

Replacement door purchase
When my order arrived, I was gutted to see that the door didn't look how I imagined. The pictures online didn't show the size I expected, and the wood around the glass was much thicker than I thought it would be. Plus, the moulded MDF material was really thin and easily marked, which made me doubt the quality of the whole thing. It was clear the door was made from different bits of wood stuck together, probably from leftover bits, and filled with particle board. Overall, the door wasn't up to scratch, especially for the money. I've seen other companies selling the same door for less, which just makes it worse.

I've been struggling with problem skin on my face and neck ever since catching Covid back in March 2020. I tried different creams and medications recommended by my GP and dermatologist, but nothing seemed to work long-term. Lotriderm helped a bit, but the problems kept coming back. However, when my wife gave me Toning Essence as a present for Christmas 2022, my skin completely changed. Unlike other toners I've used before, Toning Essence has been amazing and brought my face and neck back to how they were before Covid. The customer service from this company was an absolute disaster. I placed my initial order on one of their websites, but unfortunately it got rejected and I only received a partial refund. Without realising that the websites were linked, I placed a second order on a different site. After making the payment, I didn't get any confirmation or order number. It was obvious that the payment was going to the same company, and the contact details provided were for the original website. The customer service team weren't very helpful, they kept asking for order numbers for both purchases even after I explained the situation. In general, this company is really unprofessional and ineffective. I really regret ever doing business with them.

I forked out for next day delivery but my parcel didn't show up and I didn't even get an email about where my order was. When I got in touch with the company, they said Parcelforce tried to deliver on this certain day and time, but I was home then and they didn't leave a note saying they came by. They also didn't say which post office they took my parcel to and there was no card for me to take to the post office either. I've tried contacting Parcelforce to sort it out, but I haven't got anywhere yet. Both the company and Parcelforce let me down with their services.

I was really let down by their lack of empathy and understanding, especially since I was travelling with two disabled children.
